We enjoyed our two night stay. Dining options around the area and several service stations close by were nice. The parking situation was a bit rough with a larger vehicle. The elevator sketched us out a bit with its jump. Thin walls and doors. Our toilet leaked underneath the last day though that didn’t concern us too terribly. The beds were really thin and quite hard. As a side sleeper, it hurt my hips a bit. Laundry room was the cleanest laundry room in a hotel that I have experienced. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room smelled stale, like a sweaty gym. When we asked for air freshener, we were given a toxic spray "bomb" that required us to vacate the room and wait an hour to return. We did not bother to do it. More egregiously, room was left unlocked all day one day. We left for the day at 9:30 a.m., returned at 12:30 a.m. to find the door ajar. Management is investigating but has offered nothing except an apology.

For a hotel that was so expensive, I really would’ve expected more from it. I was shocked when we came back to the room after a full day out to discover that they hadn’t come to clean. Not worth the money.

This felt like a friendly hotel. Free breakfast exceeded expectations including scrambled eggs and sausage. Many travelers enjoyed breakfast. However, the place is old and looks it - carpet, paint, etc. Staff was pleasant HOWEVER there was no shower curtain in my room. I reported this to the desk after my first night and when I returned that night STILL NO SHOWER curtain. When I reported this the second morning, the clerk found a note on the desk about a shower curtain for room 310 but no one took action all day! I had to take two showers with no shower curtain. Because the shower water pressure was weak (not good), there was not much spillage. I asked for a discount because of this poor service but the clerk explained since I paid Expedia and not the hotel, the hotel couldn't give me back a discount. I have photos to submit if I can.

The Inn is directly off i-93 about 10 miles from Logan International. There are restaurants near by that you could walk to or a wider range of options with transportation. The bed was comfortable and the room was temperature controlled. We had an early flight so didn't stay for breakfast. The room was a little outdated including glued on plastic trim around an entryway. I would recommend this place for a quiet quick stay, but other places further out and potentially better should be available for longer stays.
