The hotel is located near highway exit and have shops and stores in the vicinity which make it very convenient to access everything

Staff is top notch. It was a quick check in and out. Ms. Yurva is an excellent staff. She was helpful in so many ways. Pleasant and competent at her job. A few things needs improvement. Bed is too soft maybe needs to be updated, pool is not too pleasant so my kids wasn’t able to make good use of the tine they wanted to swim. Just a suggestion, it might be better to have a spoon. fork, knife in separate containers during breakfast. Conveniently located. ALL IN ALL IT WAS AN AWESOME SPACE TO STAY.

Generally a good stay but the hotel is in need of an upgrade. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly but only 1 elevator which meant long waits to leave the hotel and the TV service is in desperate need of an upgrade. Overall a great a stay.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is right next to the highway so it is noisy. The hotel does provide a white noise machine and ear plugs in the room.

The main reason for selecting this hotel with expedia was they offered shuttle service. THEY DO NOT OFFER SHUTTLE SERVICE!!!!! This misinformation ended up costing me hundreds of dollars in cancellation fees, rebooking fees, and uber fees for various activities originally scheduled...

Great overnight stopover.
Great place to stay for overnight when traveling. Breakfast options were excellent. I especially appreciated fresh “fresh fruit” and mini crustless quiches. There were both feather / down and synthetic pillows. As a down allergic person this worked for me but I would have preferred only synthetic.
