Unit is located in a very quiet suburb close to the city by bus or car. The unit has a large covered patio area edging on an enclosed garden area. The kitchen has fridge, induction stove with oven and microwave and adequate bench space adjacent to a dining area. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, vanity and washing machine. A free standing clothes rack is available.
The property is close (easy walking distance) to cafes and Indian take away, and hairdresser.
Beaches, ocean swimming pool, Wollongong stadium and club house, marina and water front dining are only a 10 minute drive away in addition to the ocean front Wollongong golf course.

The unit looks out on a beautiful leafy area in a very quiet neighbourhood. The kitchen and bathroom are recent renovations and practical. The bed was comfortable. An outdoor patio area is a great bonus. Our only concern was an older fridge which runs quite noisily, especially noticeable at night. Overall our 5 night stay was very comfortable and good value.

Unfortunate Experience
Our long planned stay was compromised by the owner cancelling at a very late stage. An alternate place was offered but with little transparency, causing us great stress and worry. We could not contact the owners to verify availability. Ratings are for the location and state of alternative place. Very unprofessional. We will look elsewhere in future.

Very Isolated Quiet Surroundings - IN MIDDLE OF THE CITY
A nice hideaway form all the noise- very quiet area- I would recommend to my friends and those wishing to visit Wollongong to give this place a thought. i was happy as it was close to where I was working- STEEL SCOPE STEEL. Mr and Mrs Jut. Well basically re space and room was not what was posted on the Internet.
We went in winter and was cold, windy and not nice. We took down our own electric blanket and would have froze without it. The small oil heater was not enough to keep the room warm. It was constantly windy for the 3 days we used the unit, the thick bushland at the front of the property needs slashing down. Trees I suspected would have uprooted, with 90 degrees wind could have fallen on the property, garden area very overgrown , needs cleaning up. For value of money I guess not overpriced. Could improve. Summer would have been great
