A modern and luxurious home, located in the heart of the newly opened, world class Shell Cove Marina precinct.
The home is the perfect setting for multi-family, large family or social group gatherings. Guests will have direct access to explore and enjoy the new Waterfront Dining Precinct feat. Tavern, Restaurants, Woolies, Cafes, Bakery, Ice Cream Parlor, BWS, Pharmacy, Barber & other Specialty Stores.
The space
The home has been elegantly furnished and offers a fusion of beach house, coastal vibes, with a hint of Mediterranean styling.

The relaxed ambience and warm inviting vibe, is coupled with many functional spaces including;

- Upstairs and downstairs king master bedrooms with ensuite, smart tvs and both with outside spaces
- 2 additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with two king singles)
- An upstairs lounge area that features a queen sofa bed and wall mount tv
- Double lock up garage
- Large gourmet kitchen with oversize island bench and butler’s pantry
- Front garden sitting area and chair swing, with park views
- Leafy alfresco BBQ area - providing a beautifully secluded entertaining space with full timber outdoor table and low set lounge, so plenty of room for all
- 3 full bathrooms plus additional downstairs powder room with large mirror and desk for makeup and separate toilet upstairs to cater for a crowd
- Full laundry & ironing facilities including washing liquid
- Cloak cupboard at the front door for shoes, wet weather clothing, umbrella's, beach gear and jackets
- if you look in the cloak cupboard you might even find a picnic basket and other complimentary items for use during your stay
- Wi-fi is offered as a complimentary extra
- Towels, bedding, bathrooms soaps and shampoo are provided
- We will not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks and under 25yrs groups. People are under 25 are more than welcome in conjunction with their families.

Please Note: We must respect our neighbors and we do want people to have a great time, but noise outside the home is restricted between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, If guests receive a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property without notice.

Other desirable local amenity include, the picturesque LinksGolf Course, Killalea State Park, Bass Point Reserve and the famous 'The Farm' beach, all just a short distance from your front door.

Coastal Calm Getaway
Spacious, elegant, & attention to detail with loads of unexpected luxury’s of fridge, pantry & bathroom supplies that made us feel we just a little more special. Highly recommend The Boathouse for those who have a tween/teen family - the downstairs bedroom was a superb highlight for our mid teenage gent who wanted to escape from us all.

Perfect getaway location for a small family
We love the house, it has everything we need. The house is clean and tidy and literally takes 5 mins to walk to the shops, cafe and the marina. If you enjoy an easy walk in the morning by the waters this property is the perfect location. We were lucky enough to have really good weather during our stay. We just hope that there is a pool and a kids playground that is within walking distance the master planned estate then we wouldn’t need to leave the area at all.
