Did not like waiting 20 minutes for desk clerk to check me in because they were on a break. Need a better way to handle if staffing is short. Not the clerk fault but an apology for the long wait would have made better customer sense. Need to look into this process. A discount on next visit would be in order.

I have stayed here several times. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The morning meal is about average for hotels with breakfast but okay for a quick bite before travel. The rooms are very nice, quiet and comfortable. The price for the area is reasonable

Worst hotel customer service ever!
I will NEVER stay at this location EVER again! We were told they had cribs available. NO.. they only had ONE and it was in use. Only had ONE dolly. It was gone. We paid for the room and sent my daughter and her infant daughter ahead of us to check in and called ahead. Only to be told they needed a $200/deposit upfront first. We had already paid and couldn’t get it reversed. Thanks hotels.com for that one. Couldn’t get even a partial refund. The 2 queen bed room was so small. They ran out of pillows. Wasn’t very clean at all. Owners in the morning were really rude to elderly couple in front of us. Shame on you guys for your tactics and lousy professionalism. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Cause when the migrants stop coming. The Americans will not come back. The were even COUNTING the number of cup cereal we were getting. We were told that breakfast would be served but when it runs out, that’s it. They don’t put out anymore. I’d rather stay at ANY other run down hotel than to be treated like third class citizen. Oh, you can’t pay cash either! FYI, good luck if you book here!

The front desk staff were very lovely, easy check in. Room was good, beds were alittle small, lots of space with the bathroom for size of room. Very very close to lots of food options, parking lot was very dark, so kinda scary at night but over all great value for stay

This had to be one of my worst stays I’ve ever encountered. The room was disgusting, i should have known from the 2 available pics when i was choosing my room. My parents found roaches in their room as soon as they went into their room. Never staying at a best western EVER again!
