Lamp by bed broken and hanging down, drain plug not working in sink, body wash empty, dog day care outside the window with dogs barking early every morning. Morning breakfast weak. Super old bananas and apples with bruises. Cheap Jimmy Dean ( or whatever brand) prepackaged breakfast things.

The front desk staff were so professional and helpful. The beds (I slept on the fold out couch) were comfortable enough for us to feel rested in the morning, the sheets were soft. The room was clean although the bedroom carpet and couch could use a cleaning and the living area air conditioner was very loud. My home is not perfect so I can't complain about trivial things. The room had everything that we needed and more. Thank you!

I would have appreciated a warmer, more welcoming greeting when being checked in. Likewise, I did not find the person at the front desk to be very friendly in the only interaction I had with her. I guess I expected more "southern hospitality" though I'm not sure if your location is indeed in the south.

We liked location, general condition of facilities, pool/exercise equipment, room size and layout, nice shower. Needs improvement: Bed too soft, bed cover not wide enough, terrible pillows. Could use a little more variety in breakfast offerings.
