Cigarette burns in bedding, dirty bedding, dirty bathroom, cigarette and pot butts were floating in the toilet. **Felt unsafe, very unsafe, the hotel room door lock did not hold tight. The door opened without the electronic key. Walked into the room, looked around, walked out, returned to the front office, requested refund.They agreed to refund without asking for a reason. I had picture proof but they didn’t care to see them, nor did they ask why I was checking out; they knew. I drove to a well lit Chick-fil-A parking lot, cried, pulled out my phone and found a safe place to stay for the night."
