Peaceful and centrally-located house, two bedrooms, one bathroom with beautiful, open concept kitchen, living room and dining room. Cozy, but spacious, in town, but private two bedroom, one bathroom cottage. “Chef’s kitchen” with high end kitchen appliances, beautiful porch with Western sunset view, fireplace and comfortable sofa to enjoy relaxing afternoon. Perfect location for someone who loves golfing in the summer or skiing in the winter. Hiking trails to Mt. Peg are adjunct to the property, Mt Tom hiking/biking trails are only 15 minutes away. Besides there is cute Spring fed pond with man made sandy beach in South Woodstock and Silver Lake in Barnard, if you are looking for a place to swim or kayak.
