Westbeach One is a self-catering studio apartment located in the heart of Woolacombe Bay. From the property's central location, Woolacombe beach is just 1 minute away!

The location is quiet and peaceful during the winter, yet central to the vibrant seaside atmosphere during the summer. The main facilities of larger towns such as Ilfracombe and Braunton are just 15 minutes away.

Westbeach One enjoys easy access to all amenities, including several centres for outdoor activities such as climbing and horse riding. For those interested in more leisurely pursuits, the walks along the coastal path are hard to beat.

The local restaurants offer excellent choices of casual and formal dining for those occasions when you'd rather someone else does the catering.

Inside the apartment, the living room forms a focal point for entertainment on days in. Lounge around on the armchair or sofa and make use of the speaker dock for some relaxing music. Alternatively you can settle down in front of the TV and smart Blu-ray player to catch the shows you can't live without. Free wi-fi means you can catch up on all-important social media or work emails (if you must) while you enjoy your break.

The living room leads to the kitchen via the breakfast bar where you can enjoy relaxed meals.

Ideal Location
We’ve been visiting Woolacombe for many years but this was the first time staying in the village. The studio apartment is a perfect location for the beach in Woolacombe, just a few minutes stroll. Great having a parking space up the hill, a real saving. The apartment has everything you need and a great kitchenette area and room for relaxing. Everything as described. Lovely welcome/starter pack of products and treats. Appreciated. Only disappointments were as the apartment is downstairs, one of the windows faces the private car parking space outside and cars parked literally up to the window and so rarely got to open one of the window as risk of engine fumes! Other issue was something I’d read in another review about the wet room not draining properly. This meant no matter how much we swept up water it still remained and didn’t drain away so the bathroom was always literally wet. We enjoyed our break and a handy place to stay for everything in and around Woolacombe.

This studio is on the main road in the centre of Woolacombe and so is very convenient for going to the beach (5 minute walk) or nearby restaurants/bars/shops. The disadvantage of this is that there is a LOT of traffic and people noise (it's ground floor on the corner of the main road) and the parking for it is several 100m up the hill which isn't that convenient for unloading/loading gear. The studio has a good bed and everything in the kitchen works well. The facilities for storing and drying wetsuits is limited - the lockers round the back were inaccessible due to pub garbage and delivery bins and need renovating. The shower is open but unfortunately the floor doesn't slope towards the drainage hole so swiping is required.

Fabulous property, Mitt was fantastic throughout the booking process and afterwards. What has been stressful and difficult times for all, he made everything better by being incredibly helpful and understanding. ideal property if your a couple looking for a chilled week break. Close to beach and pubs, Park the car and did not use for the whole week as weather great would recommend for couples as value for money.

Convenient contemporary bolthole in central Woolacombe
Property is clean, contemporary and everything is in excellent condition and full working order. Very convenient for Woolacombe as it is right in the centre only a few minutes walk from the beach and right next to the Tides Inn and Bar Electric. Only downside is that there was no parking available because the village hall was being refurbished. I also got a £60 parking fine for turning around in the car park off Rawnsley Lane!! Which I’m going to contest... beware though, the road next to the apartment is narrow so turning around in the car park must happen all the time! Beach is amazing!

This little studio is just perfect, safe, clean, warm and right on the doorstep of the beech and all amenities, the two of us shacked up here for three nights in March, we had a very pleasant stay here although a bit out of season but still plenty of things to do. Totally recommend this studio to couples, and enough room for a child as well, will be booking this again, without a doubt, 5 * Phil & Debbie, Ascot.

We loved our stay here! The apartment was perfect for the two of us and is kept in excellent condition. Location less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and a minutes walk to the shops. No issues with noise whatsoever. Surfboard storage very useful and the parking arrangements worked fine. Already planning our return next year. Thanks so much!
