Additional Rules:
1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated.
- Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES.
- Please be mindful when eating in the living room or bedroom. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest-free.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 8 am.

2. You must be 25 years or older to book the apartment. As a part of this booking, we are required to get the photo ID of each guest in this building. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).

3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere in the apartment or on complex property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.

4- All pets must be added to the reservation and each must have a paid pet fee. Minimum $200 fine if more pets than in the reservation is found at the property. This fee is not an additional cleaning fee. When you bring a pet you agree to a “zero impact pet policy” meaning that when you depart there will be no additional work required to clean up as a result of a pet being on-site. Animals are not allowed on any furniture and we don’t have any carpet other than area rugs. Please help us by closing the bedroom doors to keep your pet on the hard surface areas and off of the beds.

5. Please follow our Check-In time of 4 pm and Check-Out time of 10 am. Guests who do not check on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.

You can apply for early check-in or late check-out; if granted, the fee is $30 dollars.

6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.

- LOST KEY : $150.


- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $30.
- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.

7. You are welcome to entertain up to 2 guests per apartment, but please respect your neighbors.

- NO PARTIES. If you want to have more guests, contact us.

- If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by the apartment management and/or other authorities.

8. All overnight guests must be included in the booking. If you have an additional guest, contact us, or make an alteration request and we’ll be happy to include them in the platform prices.

- Overnight guests not included in the booking are subject to additional nightly fees of $50 per guest.
- More than 4 guests staying overnight in the apartment are subject to a $100 fine PER PERSON.
-You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
