The entrance was dirty, the room smelled like something rotting. There was people walking around without shoes on in the front lobby and the place smelled like old water. Or standing water.

Property is in need of major renovations and thorough cleaning. Hall carpet was dirty walking to room. Kitchen was beat up and dirty. Refrigerator has large stain/dirt on outside, and inside was also dirty. Counter has several large cracks.

We stayed for a hockey tournament. Pros-super close to the rink. Cons-This place is hanging on by a thread. It appeared as if the hallway carpets and alternative entry/exits hadn't been cleaned in months. Cobwebs with bugs, dirt and grime all over. I would have left but all other places were booked. -Shower would kick in and out-sometimes a drizzle, and was ice cold. -Refrigerator didn't work. Room temperature and freezer was not working properly, either. -Super old, outdated kitchen. Everything looks like it's been WELL used. Probably about 20 years overdue for an update on this place. If you're in a serious bind, it works. There's a bed. But I would look elsewhere if at all possible.

No rooms ready when we got there..1/2 hour after check in time. Rug outside room was not vacuumed, dirty bathroom door hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. Place needs a major update. When we went to check out no one was at front desk. They were doing laundry . Omg

Other then my error in not knowing that the the temperature was set to 62 degrees in the room as I realized at 3 AM that I was freezing so I turned the temperature up and the marginal breakfast. It was good !

This place was a bad choice. I’ve stayed at several extended stays and they’ve always had a decent experience. I booked my room an hour before my arrival. Upon arrival, there was no staff to check me in and I had to wait at the front desk for close to a half an hour. Once I got to my room, I was hit by an incredibly bad smell. The walls were stained. I had a refrigerator in My room which didn’t work. Towels in the bathroom had stains on them and were filthy. Paint was chipping off walls, etc. Imy room which didn’t work. Towels in the bathroom had stains on them and we’re filthy. Paint was chipping off walls, etc. I almost left, but I was so exhausted. I decided to tough it out for a few hours. I slept for about four hours and couldn’t stand the smell anymore and the left early in the morning to continue my trip. I would be aware of this property and if you decide to stay here, I would ask to see the room before paying. All around awful experience.

Staff was excellent ! No problem there , The room I was staying in had wet spot on the carpet , burn mark on the kitchen table , a dent in the wall by the bathroom door and waking up I seen a baby roach crawling by the sink . That needs to get fixed asap other then that the staff said house keeping just left the room before I checked in and the bathtub was dirty .

We appreciated the space and condition - just put off that at 10:40 AM someone was knocking at the door and again at 10:50 AM ....we were packing up and found that a little annoying BUT facility was very comfortable
