A really clean and well managed hotel located in a nciely isolated area, but across the parking lot form a god food option and close to some of my customers... It's my go-to spot for this side of Boston needs.

I ask twice for room cleaning after 2 nights of staying and the cleaning lady said yes at noon and we came back at 5pm and no room cleaning was done / beds not done etc. We were extremely disappointed and I called the front desk to advised them. Last night there I went to the front desk to ask for a late leave instead of 11am to get a 12pm leave because our hockey schedule changed & they denied the request. Not even try to accommodate in any type of ways. I told the male employee that I’m surprised because we usually have no problems with these requests. We are travelling every week or so to Boston & surrounding areas because of hockey and this will be the very last time I book to any Hampton Inn. Only breakfast was decent and good.

When we arrived in our room the sliding door to bathroom was broken and we could not access closet. When I contacted the front desk to ask for another room they stated they were full and because we booked with Expedia they could not make any changes to the reservation. I asked for some compensation and again she stated because I booked with Expedia there was nothing she could do with that in mind and because we travel so much I’m uncertain about booking again with source other than directly with hotel
