The room was beautiful and the building was nice, though the bed was a little stiff and the water pressure in the shower was weak. Besides that it was a great stay!

Old and smelly.
Bad smell in room from AC. And the AC was very noisy keeping us up at night. Horrible mattress; hard and old. Toilet seat like you’d find in a public restroom. Old furnishings. Thick nauseating smell of cinnamon spray probably to mask other odor. Kitchen area was nice and updated. Ample closet space.

Surprisingly large room with ton of closet space. Had a stove, fridge and microwave. Designed for long term stay but my one night stay was a very good price (less than half the price of others). Checked in after 8pm, the hotel sent me instructions to retrieve the room key via a lockbox in the lobby which was fine. Room was clean and decent. Wouldn't hestitate to stay again.

The lady at the front desk is amazing! She helped my girlfriend, and I check in late at night and gave us clear and simple instructions. Super clean and super quiet. 40 minutes west of Boston and 20 minutes east of Worcester.

The property has been updated, mid level updates. Coffee machine in lobby not working. Check in was quick and easy. Thankfully quiet because front desk closes at 8:00.

Stay was ok overall. Only 1 small trash-barrel in bathroom. Could use a larger one for convenience. No ironing board in room just iron. Shower head was not adjustable so it only was coming out to the right side of shower.

Our initial room had a terrible odor, TV didn't work, no coffee or pot and floor boards were loose in bathroom. The staff was great and put us in another room. This room was perfect and none of the above issues were there.
