Our stay was pleasant, we found it a little odd that there was no one around when we checked in. A little unhappy food was not being served in the evening, breakfast however was lovely. The room was clean and had a very comfortable bed ! There was a few blinds missing in the room which need to be replaced. Only other feedback, is there was no bin in the bathroom and no toilet brush. Everything else was just right.

Basic hotel with everything you need for a stay. Room was overlooking a busy road and traffic noise was a bit of a problem. Overall the hotel is ok but in need of a bit of TLC.

Absolutely superb, rooms just been redecorated it seems. Bedding incredible. Didn’t wanna get up. Shower a little bit low and cramped for me. I’m 6ft but otherwise absolutely superb will be coming back

Clean and spacious but a little disappointing
Hotel was spacious and very clean. My only issue is that it was being decorated which we didn’t know in advance and there was a paint smell. Unfortunately the smell of paint makes me very unwell and as such I would never have booked to stay there if I’d known ahead of time. This somewhat marred our stay, and as we had booked a show in town that night we really needed a bed somewhere. Rather disappointed that we weren’t told ahead of time. The breakfast was nice and definitely needed after a poor nights sleep with breathing affected by the decorating and being unwell with it.

A jewel of a place.
Stayed over for one night due to working in the area. The staff were amazing and so helpful. The room was lovely. Food and bar area was great . Amazing stay and very friendly people. Recommend this little jewel of a hotel.
