The proprietor and staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. And the breakfast was spectacular. We would highly recommend Hotel Kriemhilde!

Heater broken, guest must not check in, rude
Heater was broken, instead of giving me another room or trying to repair it they threw me out into the snow. He shouted if you have any difficulty already during check in, go. Extremely rude. Don't stay there as there is a church that rings very loud every 15 min. And I did not see the manager, he did not even come. It took me 4 hours to find another place, as everything was booked.

Faultless!
The lady (manager / proprietor?) who checked us in really couldn’t have been more pleasant or more accommodating. Because I have mobility issues and there is no lift in the main building, she changed our accommodation to an apartment, belonging to the hotel, just round the corner, at no extra cost, which was much appreciated. Spacious, spotlessly clean, newly refurbished and well-appointed. We went back to the main hotel for breakfast, which was included in the price, and were not disappointed. An extensive and comprehensive selection of food, nicely presented and quickly replenished. Charming staff. Superbly situated in the heart of the old town Amazing value for money. Asked my husband to describe it for the ‘title’ and he just said “Faultless!”. Warmly recommended.

The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, providing excellent recommendations for dining and sightseeing. Very kind and thoughtful service. The rooms are newly renovated and in very good condition - including efficient air conditioning. Highly recommended.

Definitely a 10!
This is the perfect place to stay in Worms! From the warm and personal greeting to the delicious and efficient included breakfast, it is top notch. Perfectly clean, very modern room, perfect location central to everything. I had the best room in the house with a view of The Dom. The coffee and breakfast were great.

Such a friendly greeting,English spoken which compensated our lack of German . Great location right next to Cathedral-parking reduced through Hotel.I found in street and paid Hotel E 4,50.Provided a map for a delightful walking tour of a small town centre. Quiet when we were there before Xmas markets -next year will be busy I imagine as 500 th anniversary of Martin Luther

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The location was idyllic for my sightseeing, shopping, and dog pottying needs. The room was more updated than expected and the cleanliness did not dissapoint.

Worms gem
The hotel is a modest smaller hotel but very nice. There were only about 12 other guests in the winter when we were there but the breakfast was great and the proprietor is very helpful. It was a refreshing break from a larger Hilton or Marriott type hotel. The room was basic but clean and nice, quiet and the location is perfect. And the price was definitely right.

Traditional German hotel-restaurant in Worms
Loved the traditional charm of this hotel. The owners were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was excellent. We also dined in their restaurant and enjoyed it. Location right next to cathedral and the site of the bishop's residence (where Martin Luther refused to recant). It's a short walk to shops and other restaurants. Parking available just a few blocks away - owner gives you a ticket to put on your dashboard.

Central Worms Hotel
Made very welcome on arrival. Owner even carried one of our cases up to the room. Nice view of Cathedral across the square. Easy access to main town and various museums and nice buildings. Good buffet breakfast included in price Also good for an evening meal. Simple but pleasant room with good amenities.

A pleasant good value mid-price hotel. Comfortable room with adequate bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful. Had an evening meal here, which was reasonably priced and enjoyable. Minor issues: heating awkward to control, shower tray rather slippery.

Inexpensive, friendly, convenient
Charming little place in the center of the city, easily walkable from the train station and city sights. Hotel staff speak English and are super helpful and friendly. The $60/night efficiency has a single bed and a shower in the room and its own bathroom down the hall--a little strange, but well worth the low price. The view from the room looks directly out at the Dom. The hotel has no elevator, so not recommended for those with mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage. Hotel restaurant is inexpensive and tasty. A great place to stay for those on a budget.
