Just a short walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants, surf shops, and a small family-owned grocery store. You can’t beat the central location of this family friendly home!

The covered deck provides a great outdoor dining space with partial views of the Intracoastal waterway. An open concept floor plan with hardwood floors welcomes you into this lovely property and is a perfect space for gathering the family whether you are watching TV, cooking a meal, or playing evening board games. Savor a home cooked meal at the kitchen table or grab a quick snack at the convenient additional bar seating – a great place for enjoying breakfast on the go. The well stocked kitchen offers a Nespresso machine and everything you could want to whip up your favorite snacks and meals. The living room has sliding glass doors that connect to the deck outside and has ample seating for your family and friends. Enjoy dining outdoors as the sun sets over the Intracoastal Waterway!

Down the hall you have a full bathroom with a combination shower tub that services the guest bedrooms and any visitors. Blow dryers are provided for both bathrooms for added convenience to guests. There is a twin bedroom that has two free standing twin beds and makes a great accommodation for children or junior family members. A second guest bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, provides deck access, includes a television, and is perfect for guests. The primary bedroom is at the end of the hall and provides travelers with a cozy queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a private ensuite bathroom.

Assigned parking for this unit is located behind the property in the gravel lot. The entrance to the property is accessed via the left-hand exterior stairwell and the entry door is on the right once you reach the top of the stairs. There is an onsite private laundry room for added convenience. The laundry facilities locked in privacy and are located on the ground level inside a storage room. Keys to access this room are located inside the property.

Great Location!
Great location! 2 minute walk to beach, restaurants & bars. Code was wrong to enter our place & wi-fi instrucriins were wrong. Took property manager awhile to get back to us. Be prepared to buy/bring the following: Soap for shower, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, coffee for DRIP COFFEE MAKER. Good place overall, because of location. 2.

Summer family trip
Absolutely gorgeous location and close to everything! The porch was great to eat a nice family meal watching the sunsets. Room sizes nice. Open concept living room/kitchen. Basic furnishings, which was nice to not be afraid of “messing it up”. Would come back again!

Great location and size but very dirty
The location was great and the size was very decent for my family but it was very outdated and seemed very dirty. There were still coffee ring stains from last person on tables.. tables were dirty and our feet turned black after a few minutes of running around. We had to purchase cleaning supplies because we had a 1 and 3 year old and it was too dirty for them to be crawling around. We also found a few cockroaches.. some alive and some dead. They did send out pest control during our stay but we were not aware they were coming til they showed up on our doorstep. It would be a wonderful place had it been a little more updated and cleaned prior to our stay.

We loved it. It's not fancy but it's very clean and neat and 100 feet from the bay and just over one block from the ocean. Also one to two blocks from several neat beach bars. Will be back no question.

If you are used to staying in luxury villas, this is not your place. If you like your vacation to be simple, clean, affordable, and convenient to everything, this is it! Fabulous location with great views and short block to the beach. Could there be updates? Yes. But we were comfortable and would return for sure.

Aging property in a fantastic location
We stayed at this property for the first time but this was our 10th visit to wrightsville beach. Therefore, I have good comparison points. First of all, this property is in an amazing location. Not only is it super close to the beAch, but it is also very close enough to the mini town center where the grocery store, the coffee shop and the restaurants are. Yet, it is also 2 blocks away from it all that you don’t get bothered by the noise at night. The property comes with 2 parking spaces which is also great. Parking at wrightsville beach on busy weekends is nearly impossible without paying a fortune. The A/C and the room fans worked great too and all the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Internet worked very fast. We called the property management once after hours , they were also very helpful. On the other hand, this property is showing its age and borderline in disrepair. The entry door is hard to lock because it is sagging, both of the balcony doors needed a broomstick to secure because the locks were not working, the refrigerator had some rust and worked non-stop to keep basic medium temperature, the bathroom towel bar was in the floor when we checked in and other small things here and there. Nothing that impacted our enjoyment, and if it was 30% cheaper I probably would say you get what you pay for, but I have stayed at many similar priced places at the beach to know the maintenance of this property is not up to par relative to its price. Overall, fantastic location, aging but clean place slightly overpriced in my opinion.

Good Location!
Location was convenient; close to beach and local bar/restaurants but conditions of house were average. Lack of cleainess of the space with lots of sand on furniture and floors. Please note, as the listing stated the essentials were not provided ie- Pam, dish soap, salt/pepper, so be sure to bring them along. Parking lot was conveniently located directly behind house but was extremely tight for us traveling in an 2 F-150s.
