Exceptionally good service, clean and tidy. 3 mins walk to the main square. Would definitely go back to this hotel. Doctors bar over the road has fantastic food. Xmas market is great too.

The hotel was lovely, good breakfast options and fantastic location. Bar service was not great, after waiting for half an hour to be served, they had ran out of beer and white wine and barman was telling customers the bar was shut (10pm).

Hotel in a great location for exploring. Very clean and in good condition. Breakfast also excellent Windows not fitted properly so allowing outside noise in, especially people coming out of the clubs across the road and morning bell. Doors also not soft closers so constantly hear banging doors. These 2 aspects impacted by ability to have a good nights sleep on both nights so was tired the whole weekend during our stay. Male bar staff member could be trained better in manners and etiquite. Couple of examples of poor manners.

Pros, It is a great hotel in a great location, Breakfast was very good, and The room was a good size and comfortable with a decent bathroom Cons Having to ask to get your room cleaned for the price you pay it should be cleaned every day, queuing at reception just to ask for a bin to be emptied or toilet role was a pain The shower could have been better My room faced into the hotel concourse, which meant there was no natural light, and you had to go downstairs every morning just to check the weather

Hotel staff are excellent, hotel is clean and well managed. Rooms are spacious and have all the necessary facilities. The location can't be faulted although some folks might find it a bit noisy (ear plugs are provided) at night, it was not bother for us. When we booked with the SPA on the top of our list when we arrived it was closed for refurbishment, this wasn't made clear on the EXPEDIA booking page, no alternative was offered. All in all a solid 4* hotel slap bang in the middle of the town and for the price you can't go wrong, I would highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so wonderful, thank you.

Our experience from this hotel is brilliant. From the people in the reception, our room itself 6002 which is spotlessly clean. The hotel is walking distance to the main market square and old town hall. There are so many restaurants within the vicinity. I can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wroclaw🇵🇱. We were here for 3 days and 2 nights.

Excellent location in Old Town Wrocław by the main square's. Abundance of restaurants and bars on your doorstep full of history and character. Hotel itself was an excellent standard, modern facilities and rooms.
