CO worker found a cockroach in his shower, my shower leaked terribly and flooded the bathroom. My toilet didn't have grout or silicone or anything securing it to the floor so it wobbled all over. The toilet seat was broken and would slide off the toilet. The elevator smelled like a dead animal and after 3 days never changed. I was quite disappointed with the stay, I haven't been in a hotel yet with this many problems, I will never stay at another Laquinta

House keeping was great, the room was cleaned nicely daily. However the walls and ceilings are thin. Could hear every conversation every one had above and beside us. Several dogs were staying at our time which is fine, I love my dog too, however people would put their pee pads in the hall for housekeeping to pick up, which may not come for a while and the smell was terrible...it was a daily issue. One morning coffee ran out and we waited a while but gave up. Overall probably won't stay here again, but was impressed with housekeeping.

When we got in our room, it smelled strongly of coffee. We didn’t think anything of it until we went to bed. We pulled back the sheets, and there were coffee grounds all over the sheets. We also discovered coffee had been spilled all over the floor next to the bed and our feet were covered in coffee grounds. I went to the front desk to ask for clean sheets, and the desk clerk proceeded to accuse me of making the mess. She told me that not only she had checked the room, but housekeeping had as well. We did not make that mess. I would never stay here again.

The fitness center has two broken bicycles, there was no hand sanitizer at the breakfast buffet and the furnishings in the room (like head board for the bed) were damaged. But it was certainly clean otherwise

It was great until i wanted to book another night and the price had gone up $120. I guess that's what places do when hotels are being booked due to power outages. It was crazy! I had to go find another hotel for the next night. It was also during the week, not a weekend. I thought places eyebrow supposed to raise prices when there's a natural disaster etc...

Lovely hotel. Pool, exercise room, lobby and eating areaa excellent. Only negative was the slippery floor in the shower. Had to hold on to keep from slipping.
