I'd stay again.
2nd time I've stayed at Grand Hotel Wyong and another great experience. This time I had a Studio room, which was clean and relatively new, and had tea/coffee facilities (incl. biscuits), room service is available for lunch and dinner. They don't do breakfast, but there is a cafe a short walk away with alfresco dining available.

The accomodation is seperate from the pub and was located at the rear of the hotel, it was very quiet, and opposite to the Council Chambers.

The room was absolutely disgusting, very small, toilet has no exhaust fan so if someone uses the toilet the entire room stinks 😷. The shower screen cloth stinks 😷,

The check is was great, the parking easy, dinner was good. So all in all a good stay until… Room appeared clean until we went to get into bed and found two rather long black hairs on the pillow. Now, my husband and I both have short brown/grey hair so we knew they weren’t ours. Very tired, and too too late to look for anything else. So put the pillow aside and went to bed. Shame, as everything else stacked up to a great stay.

Have stayed here a few times. Its the first time I stayed in a wheelchair accessible room. The room was clean and a good size. However, I couldn't get the hot water to work in the shower. Therefore I couldn't shower.The room also didn't have a hairdryer. Otherwise it's a convenient place to stay.

Good experience had though the property’s photos on Expedia overstated the look of the property itself. Whilst on the smallish side, it suited our purposes and we would use this property again.
