A much-loved and beautifully cared-for family home. OneFifty embraces guests with warmth and with an authentic sense of hospitality.
This elegant and serene house-of-character is embellished with natural lights coming in through a huge skylight in the staircase. Refined creamy and white accents marry perfectly with its limestone architecture. It is purposely designed to provide visibility from each part of the house through its vast open plan areas and its wall-to-ceiling rear windows that frame perfectly the entire pool area and its surrounding gardens.
Upon entrance you will be greeted with the TV room equipped with an L-shaped sofa on your right and another living area with two 3-seater sofas and a log fireplace on your left. Straight on a few steps and you will be amazed by how you can actually view all areas of this amazingly cosy house from one spot. A modern fully equipped kitchen with a large island and a dining room paves way to an stunning outdoor area with a huge pool with fountain surrounded by a mature garden.
A wide and comfortable staircase provides access to the first floor which comprises of three double bedrooms, each enjoying the privacy of an en-suite bathroom.
The best views of the house are reserved to those who will opt to stay in the second floor double bedroom, courtesy of a wide window overlooking distant sea and country views. The second floor is accessed through a spiral staircase and you will find another bathroom and a laundry room with a wide terrace.
