The air conditioner does not work, and i complain about it and i got ignored by administration, the room wasn't the one in the picture, over all bad experience.

Bonita y amplia habitación
En general el hotel es bueno, la habitación muy amplia y limpia, solo tuve algunos disgustos con los aparatos electrónicos de la habitación, el aire acondicionado nunca encendió, la caja fuerte no se podía usar ya que estaba bloqueada y en todos los hoteles a los que he ido, ya está desbloqueada y lista para usarse o tiene un código de desbloqueo simple, ya sea 0000, 1111, 1234, pero no, esta estaba completamente bloqueada. La televisión no encendía con el control, tenia que levantarme de la cama para apagarla y prenderla , ya que el control que proporcionan es el de la cajita digital de Megacable, más no el control de la tv y menciona qué hay que presionar 5 segundos para prenderlo, pero no funciona eso, solo se encendía la caja de Megacable, pero no la tv.

Todo fue muy bien, desde la llegada hasta la salida, volvere definitivamente. Las instalaciones son amplias y grandes. El cuarto muy limpio. Solo tuve un pequeño detalle con que no se veía la televisión pero por gusto mio no lo reporte ya que solo llegue a dormir. Recomendable.
