No young groups are allowed (ages under thirty). "TAMARIS beach" is located in the most commercial area of Xeraco Beach (central zone), with South orientation, and 80 meters from the Beach.
Seven-story building with elevator, swimming pool with shallow area and Venetian stairs, landscaped areas and optional covered parking spaces.
The ground floor is open and common, providing access to the pool and landscaped common areas.
All apartments have a spacious terrace, with LIMITED sea views from the fourth floor onwards. They are equipped and furnished with a high level of functionality, ideal for practical and comfortable holidays. All are provided with washing machine, microwave, TV and WIFI service.
This apartment located on the fourth floor has three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (both with bathtub), kitchen, gallery and living room with access to a spacious terrace with views of common areas, pool and mountains. Capacity 6 people. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Upon key collection, they must deposit a deposit of €150 to cover possible damages, key loss and/or non-compliance with check-out time, which will be returned 24/48 hours after evacuation after reviewing the accommodation.
The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco Beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco Beach offers lifeguard service in high season. The water entry slope on the shore is gentle, ideal for children and older people. There is a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth seeing. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir Beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological importance, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for visitors. Let's not forget fishing, which can be practiced on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
