The Management Company looked after a couple of issues which arose, including loss of hot water, very quickly. Makry Gialos is a fantastic and authentic resort, away from the tourist hot spots. "I made a reservation via Expedia on January 19. We've paid for the room. Today we came to the hotel, on March 27, after 24 hours of traveling there from home in USA. Manager of the property told us she doesn't have a reservation from Expedia. Moreover we've got a confirmation from VRBO and owner of this particular studio i had reserved via Expedia and paid said that he does not know anything about us. We are using Expedia service for years and now we are in different country without place to stay. "
