They did not respect my reservation, I booked and paid 3 rooms on Expedia and they did not honored. They sent me to another hotel known as Sky & Palms Hotel which I had to paid cash additionally. I was so disappointed and upset.

When I arrived, the hotel was closed and there was nobody there. I called and half an hour later, someone showed up to open. The toilet did not work, and when I told them, the response was “Sometimes the toilets don’t work”. So they gave me a bucket to flush the toilet. The shower was a trickle of warm water. Incredibly, the property is overpriced.

Regresamos de una boda a descansar y nadie nos abría en la madrugada, estuvimos casi 1 hora esperando en la calle y tuvimos que llamar a la administradora, que tardó 30min en decidir venir desde su casa a abrirnos. La regadera es horrible… un chorrito de agua que casi no salía, no ponen jabón de baño y la temperatura del agua no se podía regular. El restaurante del hotel se encuentra fuera de servicio y para comer fuera solo hay puestos en la calle. Muy mala experiencia… no volvería jamás y no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.

Todo bien. Solo la encargada de recepción muy pesada, cero atenta, no ofreció ayuda con nuestro equipaje , ni wifi, ni toallas de alberca. Deja muy muy mal al dueño … No sabe en lo mas mínimo atender al público. Las otras dos personas que trabajan ahí muy atentos.

No respetaron mi reservación y eso que la hice desde mes y medio antes . Solo mandaron un mensaje diciendo los mandamos a otro hotel, el número y dirección . El check in era a las 3 nos mandaron mensaje 3:20 .

Los cuartos están bien pero tuvimos problema con el agua (no salía caliente y el lavabo no funcionaba), encontramos el baño sucio (no limpiaron el WC).

La regadera del baño no servía bien, estab tapada, solo algfunos agujeros dejban poasar el agua. El baño olía muy mal, a drenaje. Las cortinas del cuarto dejan pasar demasiada luz.

Las fotos nada que ver con lo que es en realidad, súper caro para lo que es, huele mal, la ubicación terrible no hay nada cerca para comer ni para hacer, las habitaciones se ven viejas y en mal estado NO RECOMIENDO para nada

En la descripción de la reservación prometían una cama Queen Size y era matrimonial. La habitación es muy pequeña. A los alrededores hay algunas calles sin pavimentar.
