My third time staying at a Barcelo resort my first time in Puerto Vallarta and the two times here Tropical and Caribe. Everything like alway very nice. This time we checked in premium not to happy with the check in process the staff who help us check in very low spoken had trouble understanding what she was saying and not too friendly. Not the best experience! At the hotel lobby area staff is more welcome and friendly. Other than that we always enjoy our stay at Barcelo.

Overall it's a beautiful place, the ocean was expectacular. The staff very helpful,always going above and beyond to make the stay very pleasant. The bathrooms very outdated, this area needs improvement. Overall a nice vacation destination.

Property was very clean, friendly staff. We were able to make 3 dinner reservations. Ocean has a lot of rocks which makes a little hard to walk. Drinks are good, we had access to all 4 Barcelo resorts, everything in walkable distance.
