J’ai adoré l’hôtel, très calme très propre on peut marcher dans 5 hôtels (il y a même un transport (autobus rouge) entre tous les hôtels)) Dans l’hôtel tout est proche, chambre/plage/piscine/buffet/restos/bar/salle de bain, le tout dans un décor moderne et la piscine à débordement est à couper le souffle

The hotel was great but it need some improvements,like more activities and app where you can find all things that you can do

My wife and l just came back from a week long trip from the Barceló Riviera all adults The service at this hotel is great, from Jose Hue at the buffet (very friendly and great service) to Fernanda and the entertainment team at the pool and all the team at the specialty restaurants, great job everyone. One thing we noticed was that the people cleaning the rooms were a bit pushy to get in the rooms to start doing the cleaning, they did a great job cleaning but a couple of times we were in the middle of taking a shower and they only knock once and open the door, and that was a little awkward, they have a button on each room to let the housekeeper know that you don’t need service but they still try to get in the room after knocking once, entertainment at the hotel was ok, l noticed some issues with the sound , some of the shows were a bit hard to listen due to a lack of a sound engineer?? We never got any information on the shows from the other hotels until probably the las couple of days when we went and ask the front desk and they provided a list with all the shows , location and times, probably would help if we got this information when we arrived, all the specialties restaurants were good with excellent service, great beach, only downside is they don’t let you take any food to the pools or the beach, still this is a great place to stay and relax, we highly recommended and we would love to come back to visit again!

Food was not as good as it was in the past. Adults only,entertainment scarce, no iron and iron boards in the rooms. Other then that, waiterscand waitresses are awesome!!

Staff is rude and not welcoming. Making you feel like you owe them something. Even when you try to leave the property to go for a car ride they won’t open the gate before answering bunch of questions. I get it if you’re entering the property. Poor quality and service especially at the check in.
