Probably the finest development of private villas in Lanzarote on the wonderful South coast in Playa Blanca.
The villa sits within electrically gated community with unique seafront access to the promenade. Within 7 minutes walk to Playa Flamingo beach and many fine restaurants.
The villa features one of the largest heated outdoor pools within Playa Blanca 12x4 meters and games room with pool and table tennis tables.
There are 4 bedrooms, 2 double rooms, 1 with bunk bed and a single bed and 4th bedroom with 2 single beds, sleeping 9 in total. Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom, plus a family bathroom.
An extensively equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machines. Utility room with washing machine and drying facilities.

Perfect Villa, great location
Villa was amazing best we have stayed in, very clean & everything you could ask for. Lovely private location with great pool. Towels changed often & pool cleaned regularly. Direct access to lovely promenade with easy walkable access to lots of lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here, hope to be back some day. resturantsWould highly recommend this villa.

Amazing Villa with Everything you need.
We had the Best stay with the family.There is nothing else that we needed once we were there.Communication with owners is Excellent. Very well equipped villa with the most Beautiful swimming pool.15 min walk to the beach via private access and to restaurants and bars. Loved it so much we’ve booked it for next year !

We had a wonderful week at this lovely villa. It’s in a fabulous location on a quiet and secure development with easy access to the sea front. There are plenty of shops and bars / restaurants within a short walk and it’s a very pleasant stroll to the centre of the resort. The villa was spotlessly clean and is very well equipped. The outdoor area is very good with gorgeous views and a superb heated pool. We also enjoyed using the games room with pool table, table tennis and darts. Communications with both the owners and managing agent were first class. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Overall

We had a lovely time in a beautiful villa with a fabulous pool and everything you need for the stay. Local to all amenities with a great view from the terrace. Comfy beds and a well equipped kitchen. No faults found.

We've been before, we'll go again.
Great quiet and safe location. Walking distance to Flamingo Beach, restaurants and shops. Even to Marina Rubicon (8000 steps to get there, but flat and easy walking). Fabulous sunsets. Heated pool was a total winner for our 7 year old who was wet more than he was dry ( and now wants to live there). Fully equipped kitchen, good showers, fabulous games room. We love it here and will certainly be back.

Fantastic Property
We had the best holiday and a large part of that was due to this wonderful Villa. The layout was perfect, the Pool was wonderful, you had everything you needed. Paul and Michelle and their team that look after the Villa do an amazing job. We would 100% stay again.

Amazing villa in a lovely quiet location. The owners were great and very organised. The villa was spotless and had everything you need. The beach was a ten minute walk along the coastal path. Couldn’t recommend this villa and location enough 🌴☀️💙

Great family location
Lovely villa. Good location about 20 mins walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. The access gate to the coastal path was closed due to roadworks which was a bit inconvenient. The villa is very well equipped with just about everything you need. It’s nice the people leave stuff that the next people can use… eg spices, oil, washing up liquid, wash powder, tea bag, sugar, rice bbq coals etc. There were also a few pool inflatables but it wasn’t really warm enough to use the pool. Unfortunately. We had a couple of requests to make things better and these were sorted quickly. We only had one clean during the 2 week stay and to say 7 adults were all using one bathroom to shower everyday this did become an issue. Towels were changed 3 times. I would definitely recommend this villa to a large family group

Excellent Villa with great facilities
We had a great stay here. The villa is spacious and has everything you could want. Great heated pool, games room, BBQ and much more. Our group was made up of 7 from 3 generations and we all loved it. 15 min walk to great beach, bars and restaurants. Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa
We've just come back from a week at Casa Jemma. The villa was amazing and had everything we needed for a brilliant holiday. The pool is lovely and was perfect for seven of us. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful villa in an excellent location, very private and secure due to being a gated estate. Quick access to sea front promenade. Very well equipped villa with everything you might need. Fantastic pool! We would come again!

Wow!
Had a feeling when we booked it all seemed a bit too good to be true! Happy to say it wasn’t. We had a perfect holiday and the villa certainly didn’t disappoint. Have been doing villa holidays for 6 years and this is the best so far and the first we would definitely visit again. Perfect quiet location but still close enough to enjoy a walk into playa flamingo and playa blanca when we wanted to venture out. Villa has everything you could ask for. Small issue with the toilet on the first day which was attended to within half an hour of e-mailing even though it was Sunday. Would also highly recommend Sebastyans Greek restaurant for food a short walk from The villa. 5 stars from us. Thank you

Unas vacaciones geniales.
En una urbanización muy tranquila, la casa tiene todo lo que un grupo grande puede necesitar. La piscina, estupenda, los cuartos y los baños muy cómodos, el cuarto de juegos un extra que hemos disfrutado mucho. La ubicación no es muy relevante ya que te mueves mucho en coche para ir a diferentes playas y visitas. Repetiría.

La villa est parfaite ; les lits confortables ; tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. La piscine est grande et magnifique. Michelle et Paul nous ont parfaitement accompagner et même fait part des endroits à visiter. Nous recommandons vivement !!
