Casa Leila - A private luxury villa, available to rent in the upmarket Faro Park area of Playa Blanca! Less than 30 minutes drive from Lanzarote airport, 5 minutes drive from Playa Blanca town centre and 5 minutes walk from the sea front promenade which spans the coastline from the Lighthouse to the Marina Rubicon. Casa Leila is located within the upmarket Faro Park residential area of Playa Blanca, a quiet and peaceful place within a 5 minutes walk of a variety of local shops, restaurants, cafes and small bars. Enjoy spectacular views of the famous Montaña Roja, while you sit back, relax and enjoy a well-earned holiday. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and the second bedroom has two single beds with memory foam mattresses. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and shuttered windows, enabling the rooms to remain cool and provide a darkened sleeping area if required. Luxury Egyptian cotton bath towels are provided for guests' use. Beach towels are also provided. A private, heated, swimming pool and also a large hot tub is located to the rear of the house and is set in a private, walled garden. A key-operated safe is provided free-of-charge, to keep your valuables secure. Free WiFi. Free UK & EuropeanTV package provided (including BBC, ITV, sports and movie channels), together with a small variety of international channels. There is a private parking spot to the front of the villa. Casa Leila has everything you require to make this a perfect 'home-from-home' in a peaceful and tranquil setting!

IMPORTANT NOTE: The property is actually a three-bedroom property, however, one bedroom (the upstairs bedroom) is locked and not included within the rental. This has been reflected in the rental price and guests still enjoy the benefits of a larger-than-average property and plot. The two bedrooms which are included in the rental are both located on the ground floor. The bathroom is also located on the ground floor. The upstairs consists of only the locked bedroom, therefore guests will have no access to the upstairs of the property.

A perfect break
We had a lovely, relaxing stay at Casa Leila. The villa is a great size, and was clean with everything we needed. We also loved having both the pool and hot tub! The local area is nice and quiet, with a few shops & restaurants just round the corner. However we preferred taking a short drive into Playa Blanca for dinner. If you want a peaceful, relaxing break, we would definitely recommend Casa Leila!

Fabulous Villa
Having stayed in a few villas in this area this one was the best we've been in. There was a problem on arrival but our villa manager (Suzanne) leapt into action and resolved it, which is the best recommendation that one can possibly give. We had a wonderful holiday and will no doubt return.

Special Birthday
Wonderful holiday Villa. We had a great vacation, husbands 50th. Really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. Perfect location for a quiet holiday. We know the Island well and recommend hiring a car to explore! Would have loved the use of the upstairs room and patio but all was well equipped with the villa and all in good condition and clean. We will happily return.

Excellent villa in a quiet location
The villa was excellent with everything catered for. The location was in a quiet are of Playa Blanca, located about 10 minutes drive from the town centre. Situated close to the sea and again a 10 minute drive to sandy beaches nearby. The villa pool was very warm and the hot tub was very large and a real treat. The internet and TV was brilliant, much better than expected and the best I have experienced following many stays in Lanzarote / Fuerteventura. Could not fault at all. The villa was clean & tidy on arrival and very pleased with the communication from the villa manager with clear instructions for the alarm system, villa details and villa directions.. Having a safe and a good monitored alarm system was also excellent as it gives peace of mind when out and about in Lanzarote.

Loving Lanzarote
Casa Leila was a lovely villa, very clean and well equipped. We made good use of the heated pool and hot tub which were a real treat, especially this time of year when the sea temperature is cool. A little further away from the main area of Playa Blanca than we had first thought, but not a problem as we did lots of walking & caught buses & taxis on our return, but I would recommend car hire in the hotter months to explore the rest of the island. All in all, a wonderful, quiet and relaxing week away, which is what we needed, and thanks to Suzanne for her efficient communication- looking forward to another visit 😊

Lovely well equipped Villa, ideal location for relaxing break.
Villa is very very NiceLocation is quiet and well positioned for a walk along the pedestrian path into playa blance, bus stop and couple of shops and nice restaurants only minutes walk away but not that you would know they were trees as the whole area is quiet, drama free and very relaxing.Heated pool was great as was the hot tubEverything was lovelySuzanne was excellent in her communication and as always very efficient Arnold Schwarzenegger said it and we will as wellI'LL BE BACK

This was our second stay at the Villa. We always have a relaxing time in this quiet location. The Villa is well presented, clean and well equipped. Suzanne was very welcoming and very helpful. We have already booked our third visit for 2023.

Amazing, as ever
This is the second time we've stayed here and as last time, it was everything we needed. The villa is really well equipped and is a home from home. The furnishings are lovely,kitchen fully fitted out with all the crockery and cutlery etc. Tons of towels, bedding, pillows etc. Since last year there is even a fully functioning hot tub, perfect in the evening! Location is good for us, and there are a few bars and restaurants in walking distance, but either rent a car, use a taxi, or rent the e- scooters (we did this every day- such fun). If I had one suggestion, it would be to supply sun bed cushions, especially for those of us who like to lie around all day! But I can't recommend this villa highly enough. We'll definitely be back

Wonderful stay
Beautiful villa in a very quiet area of Playa Blanca. Good selection of small restaurants close by, together with supermarkets. Villa exceeded expectations - very modern, equipped with everything you could possibly need.

Casa Leila is a lovely, well maintained and looked after villa. It was spotlessly clean. All the facilities worked well. The villa management, Lynn & her husband were brilliant, lovely people & hands on. Not sure if we would stay here again, the villa is located in a very windy part of Playa Blanca, which meant as soon as the pool was cleaned, sand and leaves accumulated on top of the pool cover or inside the pool itself, especially around the drain in the bottom of the pool & being on holiday I didn't feel like I wanted to be cleaning the pool everyday with the net provided. The property is 3 bedroomed however only 2 bedrooms &1 bathroom were available for use, the 3rd bedroom with en-suite and balcony, upstairs was not available, which was a shame, as there looked like there would be lovely sea view's from up there. The king-size bed in the bedroom downstairs, had a metal frame & wooden slats, it was quite squeaky when rolling over in the night ( & we are small people 8 stones & 11 stones) . The first few days the IPTV didn't work properly in the evenings, after a few calls & visits, this was rectified by the villa management, who got in touch with the IT man. Location, in walking distance of lovely restaurants & grocery stores.

We have stayed on Ambar many times but first time in Leila and it didn't disappoint. The property manager Lynn was excellent to deal with when we had a problem with the TV but quickly got it sorted. Would recommend thisvilla 100%. And we will be back. Marie and Phil
