ACCOMMODATION
Detached single storey villa, with private heated pool and a spacious sun terrace surrounded by a beautiful garden overlooking the mountains Ajaches and the Atlantic ocean.

The villa has air conditioning, wifi, private parking and is fully furnished and equipped for 6 people.

The villa has three bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, double wardrobe and chest of drawers and a suite bathroom; and two double bedrooms with wardrobe and comfortable and full common bathroom with bath and shower.

The terrace has a covered porch area, dining table and 6 chairs, heated pool, spacious sun terrace with 6 sun loungers, a barbecue, and is surrounded by a beautiful garden with artificial lighting, with excellent views of the mountains and the sea where you can enjoy complete privacy.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster) and has an en-closed and covered laundry equipped with washing machine, ironing center and clothesline.

The living room is separate and has dining table and 6 chairs, sofa and two armchairs, air conditioning, ceiling fan, digital TV, satellite TV and DVD, and also has an indoor garden.

If it was necessary the villa has cot and highchair.

ENVIRONMENT
The villa is in the sought after area of Las Coloradas (Urbanización La Granja), well located and in a very quiet area with total privacy.

The villa has magnificent views of the mountains of Los Ajaches and the Atlantic Ocean and is conveniently located only 600 meters from the beach of Las Coloradas from where the promenade along the coast begins and you can walk to the town center of Playa Blanca which is 2,500 metros. And the villa is also very close to the beaches of Papagayo (1,500 meters), the Marina Rubicon (1,500 meters) and Gold beach (2,000 meters)

The villa is also in a very quiet, private area, exclusively residential (Urbanización La Granja), no bars or shops around causing noise, and 400 meters from a supermarket where customers can buy everything they need during their stay .
The villa has a separate entrance and is fully walled and terrace (where the pool and the solarium) can enjoy magnificent views and complete privacy.

Slightly ‘tired’ property
The general location indicated at the time of booking is slight misleading, as the Villa is slightly further out in an area where you have to walk through unfinished properties and wasteland. Many of these properties have people living in them presumably unofficially - a sign of the times really. The villa itself is ok but the bathrooms are old and everything is a bit jaded. We arrived in an evening to the pool overflowing and no water in the villa. We messaged the manager and he sent someone to rectify it that evening. We had gone out to eat and there was still no water in the villa on our return. It was late but we did create a fuss and to be fair it was sorted out after we went to bed. Low water pressure continued to be an issue throughout our stay. I think a new pump was being installed after we left - someone arrived to do it on our last day but it was very intrusive by the pool so I asked for him to wait until we’d left. A new pool pump/filter was installed while we were there. People did just turn up unannounced to do these jobs - it would have been nice to have warning both for our sake and the poor man who was embarrassed we hadn’t been told. The pool is very nice. The chairs and sun loungers need new seat covers. The view from the villa to the sea is nice. You can walk to the supermarket easily and if you’re happy to walk further then getting over the hill to Papagayo beach is an easy walk up by the hotels near the local beach & the Marina is 20/25 minutes walk.

Nice Property. Wrong Location
What a super little villa. Well equipped with most things you could wish for. We arrived in the dark and as the villa is tucked away up a small alley it wasn’t particularly easy to find. I messaged Manuel and he sent someone to our rescue to show us. The area where the villa is situated is away from the main restaurants and bars and is a good 25 minute walk to the Rubicón Marina. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay, I just wish we could pick the villa up and put it nearer to the shops, restaurants and bars. I say this as an active person who enjoys a good walk. My only criticism of the villa itself is that the sun loungers need replacing, there are no cushions for them and the only cushions on the garden dining furniture are very tired and let things down. Although the property is advertised with a heated pool, if you want it heated you do have to pay extra.

Lovely Stay In Papagayo
Really nice 16 days in the house. Location wise it is situated at the Papagayo end of Playa Blanca so I would advise a car to get around although its a 20 minute walk into Playa Blanca itself. The house has everything you need for your stay, fully equipped kitchen even a washing machine. Good WiFi and air conditioning available however we never used the air conditioning. Plenty of room for everyone with 2 separate bathrooms. Nice comfy lounge with a decent sized TV. Outside the Pool is a good size and was cleaned once a week. Lovely view down to the sea. There is a road at the back but very little traffic can be heard. There is a lot of building work going on in the area but it isn't noisy and didn't affect our stay. There is a Superdino supermarket down the road along with a small bar and cafe. You would need a taxi to go into Playa Blanca or Marina Rubicon in the evening or walk in and use a taxi to get home. Overall a lovely place to stay, could do with a bit of TLC in parts but would definitely recommend and would stay again. Thank you.

We had a lovely holiday at Villa Anna. The villa is well equipped and comfortable.
Villa Anna is clean, well equipped and comfortable. However, if you struggle to walk long distance you will need a car, as villa Anna is located quite some distance from the centre. There is a supermarket and a couple of cafes within walking distance, about 5 minutes and it isn’t too far from the Los Colorados area of Playa Blanca and a bus stop for the local bus (No 30), which you can get to anywhere in the resort for just €1.40. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay and are happy to walk distances or hire a car, villa Anna is ideal. The pool is slightly bigger than those we’ve had in the past and the outside area is plentiful with views of the mountains. There is a table and chairs for outside dining, although these could do with an update, as the chairs are past their best and are beginning to come apart, we were only 4 in our party and were able to pick the better chairs to sit on. The kitchen is well equipped and the utility area is ideal, the living area is quite large, but if 6 adults were staying the seating in the living room would be lacking, with a three seater settee and two armchairs, otherwise it was comfortable. The bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We would recommend villa Anna, but be mindful of distance.

Would return in a heartbeat.
Villa was as described. Couple of things missing which was rectified in 10 minutes (couldn’t believe how responsive Miguel and his team were) Pool cleaned often and we were never interrupted. Alarm didn’t work and someone was to come fix it, they never, but I never bothered chasing up as the villa is in a quiet residential area and we felt secure enough not to worry. Villa is a little tired but unless you go expecting 5* accommodation you won’t mind. Sun from morning to night and up there with the best located villa we’ve stayed in at Playa Blanca. Wouldn’t hesitate in returning!

Lovely Villa
We had a great stay in the villa. Pool was lovely. Villa clean with everything we needed great views of mountains and sea. It is a little on outskirts of town and some development going on in that area still, but you don't see that once in Villa. Unless you are big walkers you will need a car or think you can get bus down the road. Playa Papagayo and Mujeres are the prettiest on the island

Quiet place for relaxing stay
Property has everything you need for your stay. Everything clean and tidy. Couple of the sun loungers were broken, but there were 8 to choose from! We didn't pay for the pool to be heated and it was ok. Same for the air conditioning, we didn't need it for a November stay. Quiet location, on the outskirts of Playa Blanca. Really need a car for staying here. Local lighting on pathway leading to property not working ( not the fault of the property owner). Plenty of outside space to relax. Overall, somewhere to consider staying on a future visit to Lanzarote.

Not luxury- dirty swimming pool and broken furniture
When we arrived and had our brief introduction to the villa, the man told us there was no use of the pool because it was over-chlorinated and dirty, it was bright green! The pool side furniture was broken, two of the loungers unusable and there was no further interaction with anyone from the villa all week. We managed to use pool by late in the afternoon on day 2 but no one returned during the stay and the pool got increasingly shallower and dirtier as the week went on. The filters were not working and the pool water not even reaching the height of the pool filters. The satellite box for the telly also not working! We had no information at all given to us and no return visit throughout our stay whilst villas on either side were receiving pool cleaning and cleaners. In the advert and confirmation emails there was an optional cost for pool heatin and air con but on arrival no one to organise this through so the villa remained hot and quite uncomfortable to sleep in. Really disappointed.

A little disappointed
Villa was advertised as luxury but was rather dated but comfortable. Villa next door had workmen working 3 days which resulted in regular deliveries to the back of villa and cranes taking and delivering. Privacy was compromised as workmen were climbing over walls. Also the villa opposite had a dog which barked into the early hours in the morning so we had to keep the windows closed so our sleep was not disturbed. One other criticism I have is that when reading what the villa has to offer it does not state that pool heating, air conditioning and Wi-Fi have to be paid for as extras. This we were advised of after we had booked and paid for the holiday. The villa is in a quiet area which if things had been different our holiday would have been great and I would have given a higher rating.

Spacious, basic villa in a quiet area on the edge of Playa Blanca.
We enjoyed our stay in villa Anna, very peaceful and relaxing in a quiet residential area. The villa is a good 25 minute walk to the marina rubicon and a further 25 minutes on foot takes you into the centre of Playa Blanca. There are lots of lovely family friendly bars and restaurants in both locations. The villa itself is a good size with a very well maintained pool albeit small but the kids loved it. We wouldn't however class the villa as luxury, the decor and furniture are very tired and in need of refurbishment. It was however clean when we arrived...apart from dried paint in the bath which then peeled under the hot water and ended up on our feet etc. Good facilities generally indoors and out...although we did have to buy a corkscrew?! If you do go in the height of the summer make sure you get air conditioning as the villa only has 1 ceiling fan in the lounge and not multiple fans as advertised. Communication with the owner and maintenance team was all good before and during our stay...not so good unfortunately upon returning home and having to ask 3 times for our deposit back when it should have been refunded automatically. All in all had a fabulous holiday, would return to Playa Blanca but not to this particular villa as it wasn't as good as advertised.

Die Villa ist super sauber! sogar Putzmittel etc vorhanden! Agentur SEHR bemüht! 5* ! Lage ist genau beschrieben. Mietauto unbedingt nötig! Die Villa ist etwas älter als alle anderen - Einrichtung etc. Leider kein Sonnenschirmständer vorhanden. Der gesamte Eindruck war SEHR! SAUBER! Alle anderen Häuser sind NEUER renoviert. Vermieter - Agentur ist EXTREM bemüht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen! ISeparat ist für Poolheizung und Klima 200,- BAR vor Ort zu errichten, was aber auch kommuniziert wird! Ich war sehr zufrieden!

Stupenda in tutto !!
The ad classified describes exactly the house, we found it clean and well equipped. We stayed in low season using the pool every day; the quiet and silence of the evening were very pleasant and appreciated. the house is 8 minutes walk from the supermarket and is 10 minutes drive from the marina area. what to say.... Excellent !!! L'annuncio descrive molto bene la casa; l'abbiamo trovata pulita e ben attrezzata. Abbiamo soggiornato in bassa stagione usufruendo della piscina tutti i giorni; la quiete e il silenzio della sera sono stati molto piacevoli ed apprezzati. La villa dista 8 minuti a piedi dal supermercato ed a 10 minuti di auto dalla zona del porto turistico; cosa dire.... ECCELLENTE !!!

Sehr zufrieden mit der Villa Anna
Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir hatten es sehr ruhig, da die Nachbarhäuser nicht oder nur teilweise belegt waren. Schöner Blick in die Weite und jeden Morgen ab 7 Uhr zum Sonnenaufgang auf der Terrasse gesessen. Einkaufen auch kein Problem, da der nächste Dino Supermarkt nur 800m entfernt ist. Die Wohnung hatte alles für einen schönen Aufenthalt und auch die Terrasse war sauber und wir haben sie gerne genutzt. Obwohl wir im Nov./Dez. dort gewohnt haben, mussten wir den Pool nicht heizen (Extrakosten gespart) und haben auch keine Klimaanlage benötigt. (Für Nutzung der Klimaanlage werden Extrakosten berechnet.) Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Parkplätze vor dem Haus immer ausreichend verfügbar. Kommunikation vor Ort problemlos. Sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielleicht gibt es dann einen großen Sonnenschirm - das wäre perfekt.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub!
Schönes Haus an dem es wenig zu meckern gibt. Wir hatten es sehr ruhig, da die Nachbarhäuser nicht oder nur teilweise belegt waren. Schöner Blick in die Weite, in vergleichbaren Häusern reicht der Blick gerade gegen die nächste Hauswand. Kleine Unzulänglichkeiten welche die Erholung aber kaum trüben: - Strand und Gastro zu Fuß ist echt sportlich! Wir haben immer das Auto genommen. - Sonnenschirm wäre schön gewesen. Keinerlei Schatten beim Frühstück auf der Terrasse. - Für Nutzung der Klimaanlage werden Extrakosten berechnet. Sollte schon im Inserat kommuniziert werden. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Urlaub. Kommunikation vor Ort problemlos. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Villa, jedoch kein Luxus
ruhige Gegend, die Villa war sauber, auch zur Selbstverpflegung waren alle Utensilien vorhanden. Das Wort "Luxus" ist etwas übertrieben. Die Sonnenliegen waren älter, dreckig, teilweise abgenutzt. Der Pool wurde am Sonntag gereinigt (bei Anreise Dienstag). Auch die Poolplane war alles andere als sauber. Die Polsterauflagen der Stühle sollten ausgetauscht werden, wirkten sehr schmuddelig und ungereinigt. Das trübt das Bild der Terrasse, mit dem Blick auf die Berge. Auch die Duschvorhänge hatten leichte Schimmelflecken. Ansonsten war das Bad sauber und frisch desinfiziert. Es gab ausreichend Handtücher, den Außengrill haben wir nicht benötigt. Sonnenschirmen für einen Besuch am Strand waren ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Haus und der Garten wirkten ordentlich und gepflegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung.

Estancia agradable en un entorno muy tranquilo.
La casa es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas y ofrece todo lo necesario para una agradable estancia. Necesitaría renovar el mobiliario del jardín. En cuanto a la ubicación, es una lástima que se encuentre algo aislada próxima a urbanizaciones a medio construir, lo que no impide llegar andando a zonas de paseo. El servicio de atención es inmejorable. Tuvimos un par de problemillas que nos solucionaron rápidamente y con toda amabilidad. En definitiva una villa muy recomendable.

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist eigentlich ok.Einiges könnte man verbessern.Liegen könnten erneuert werden.Vielleicht auch mit Auflagen.Gartenstühle auch in die Jahre gekommen.Poolheizung hat leider nicht geklappt.Obwohl 3x jemand da war.Pool und Terrasse waren bei Ankunft leider noch nicht gereinigt.Duschvorhänge auch schon in die Jahre gekommen. Schade das man ein so nettes Häuschen nicht besser pflegt.
