High up in the prestigious Los Claveles community, you will find Vista Grande. It is set in a quiet and peaceful location yet still within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops.
Our pricing includes a substantial welcome pack, electric pool heating, air con in the bedrooms, beach towels, end of stay clean, WiFi, and a full T.V. package....no hidden add-ons!!
We are fully licenced which is a requirement of the Canarian Government. We have the Vivienda Vacacional licence VV-35-3-0001641. All rental properties must have this by law.

The Villa is modern and spacious inside and out. The 270-degree views encompass the islands of Lobos, Fuerteventura, and also the Femmes and Roja mountains. These views are truly spectacular day and night and a rarity in Playa Blanca.

The villa has 2 double bedrooms en-suite and a twin bedroom with a family shower room.

The main living area is modern and open-plan. It has been designed to take advantage of amazing views whether you are inside or out.
The lounge area is particularly light and airy with floor to ceiling sliding doors onto the terrace and pool area. The dining area is spacious and also has floor to ceiling doors onto a covered patio area. The kitchen is well equipped and there is an American-style fridge /freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave.

There is a fantastic covered outside BBQ area with its own sink and fridge taking in the southerly sea views.
As the pictures show the south-facing terrace makes a lovely area to relax by the pool which is 9m by 4.5m and incorporates sunbathing steps from the shallow end.

The pool is solar and electrically heated to 28 degrees but it can be a lot warmer. We do not charge for pool heating.

Having rented in Lanzarote ourselves many times we wanted to include as much as possible without the hidden extras that can often be added on and also add up!

Your rental includes a welcome pack for your arrival, free heating of the pool, hot tub free air conditioning (fair use policy in booking condition) beach towels Free WI FI.

Amazing Villa spectacular views
Just got back from 10 days at Vista Grande and had a fantastic time. The villa has everything you would need and was spotless. The welcome pack was a lovely touch and much appreciated after a late arrival. Inside the villa was perfect- very sociable kitchen area, 3 good size bedrooms with air con and 3 bathrooms. TV with all Channels both UK and others was a great touch. However, It’s the outside area that really sets it apart from dozens of other villas we have stayed in. The heated pool is a really good size and the views from the outdoor area are spectacular! As the villa is elevated it is really private and Views of the sea, Lobos island and Fuerteventura stretch out before you and views of a volcano to the right. Great covered outdoor kitchen and dining area. Lovely pool and outdoor lighting. Quiet part of Playa Blanca but still a short walk to beaches and restaurants. We hired a car and explored the whole island which I’d highly recommend. Whilst eating out we would highly recommend “Afrodite little Italy” in the harbour area- spectacular little Italian restaurant. Would highly recommend this villa and the contact with the host and management team was first class.

This villa is as advertised - it's close enough to stuff but because of the layout of the either side properties it feels really private. We all had a very enjoyable stay and in fact spent far more time chilling at the villa than we might otherwise had done because really it had everything we needed.

We have just returned from a week in this lovely villa. We were 5 adults and there was plenty of space for us all. The hot tub was a great place to spend some time in the evening and the pool was used by myself - even though it was lovely and warm I couldn’t persuade the others to join me! Thanks for our starter kit of food and the bottle of bubbly.

Lovely villa stay
The Villa is well located and stocked with all the comforts that you need for a relaxing stay with friends and family. The neighbourhood is quiet but in good distance to Playa Blanca beach, shops and restaurants. Mandy is very helpful if you need anything and the pool area is superb. All in it’s a wonderful place to rest and relax.

Highly Recommend Hard to Fault would use again
Peaceful location, very private at the base of the Roja Volcano only a short walk away. Villa is well presented and good layout for all our needs. My wife impaired mobility and once up the 3-4 steps at the villa gate everything was flat and easy access. Everything worked as expected, internet and wifi were good keeping us all happy and the UK/Sat TV for movies and local channels was a nice touch. We had a linen change once a week. Pool was cleaned a few times due to absolutely nothing bad to the owners the weather brought down some local orange dust covering the pool area - well anything outside locals said its a regular thing being a volcanic island. Checking process was easy, welcome pack a nice touch. Pool a good size and never too warm or too cold. We experienced some really really high temps touching nearly 50 degrees one day a few in the 40's or very high 30's a few times. The pool was lush to get in and out when no winds present. To answer most questions would we stop there again - with out hesitation yes 100%. What could Helen do to improve things...we have to be really picky to faulty her...so as a family orientated stay we would ask for the following items which wouldnt cost alot to implement. a couple of pizza trays please and some cleaning products i.e. sprays and cloths...if we make a mess we want to clean up the best we can (this is our way of ensuring we look after the beautiful villa). My wife has just asked me to also add the beds are great, v comfy!

An Idyllic Retreat
I recently had the most delightful experience staying at a Vista Grande. Situated in a lovely quiet area, it provided the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the amazing pool, offering refreshing dips and relaxation under the sun. The villa itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. From a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen on our arrival (much apprecaited after a long journey) to comfortable living spaces, everything was thoughtfully provided to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner Helen's communication was exceptional, making the booking process seamless and stress-free. Moreover, John the manager was quick to respond and resolve a minor issue we encountered during our stay, which further added to the positive experience. As a first-timer to villa stays, I can confidently say that I do not regret my decision. I would highly recommend this holiday villa to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with all the comforts of home. It truly exceeded my expectations, and I am already looking forward to my next visit.

A lovely villa with all you need
This is a lovely Villa inside and out. Easily accommodated 6 adults and a baby very comfortably. The 3 bathrooms were a bonus and we loved the shaded outside eating area with built in barbecue for the evening. It is a 15 walk to the seafront. As good as the facilities was the excellent help and communication from Helen the owner, first class - thank you.

This has to be one of the best villas we have rented in Playa Blanca. The villa has all the amenities you need for self catering. Enjoyed our breakfast and lunch sitting outside and watching the beautiful views. The area is great to venture out and we walked everywhere. Communication with Helen was excellent.

The Villa was immaculate on arrival with a very generous welcome pack left by the hosts. We stayed for 6 nights and the location was perfect, situated within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, and a supermarket. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this villa and the hosts were great, make sure you tackle Montaña Roja for views across Playa Blanca!

Stunning villa
Amazing villa in a fantastic location. The villa was lovely and spacious, with everything you could need. Incredible outdoor space, with wonderful views. Very peaceful and relaxing. Easy (and very cheap) to get taxis to and from town and the marina. Lots of wonderful restaurants to choose from. The welcome goodies were very much appreciated, as we were delayed and didn't get to the villa until gone 10pm... the cold beers definitely hit the spot!

Family Holiday without us
My wife and I had hired villa for a month and our family were joining us for 2 weeks. Unfortunately my wife broke her leg prior to travel so we were unable to go. However our family thoroughly enjoyed the villa and its excellent facilities and were impressed with the location and comfort provided.

Great winter break
This villa is exactly as advertised. Plenty of outdoor space and heated pool which we used in Jan. Had adult friends for the first week so enjoyed local restaurants as lots to choose from. Second week our son daughter in law and baby came and they had a great time too. Mandy the local liaison was brilliant and sourced a cot and baby bath which was so useful. She also responded very quickly to any requests. Would not hesitate to return so that says it all.
