Villa with Heated Pool, MESH WiFi 6, Smart TV and only 15/20 mins Walk to Centre

Casa De Las Hermanas villa has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms and private heated pool on the popular Calle Nepal. It is an eco friendly property with Solar Evacuated Tube hot water heater storage system. There is also a Pool solar heating and insulated pool cover, and Elecro Solar Evacuated Tube secondary pool heating system.

The Villa is only about 15-20 minutes walk from the Playa Blanca (PB) bus station, town centre, restaurants, bars and beaches of Playa Blanca, or Playa Flamingo. Free unlimited 50 Mbit Internet and latest Mesh Wi-Fi 6. The property is on a low built single storey neighbourhood with no adjacent balconies overlooking the outside terraces.
Information binders and arrival instructions for the Villa are all provided in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Swedish. (hoping all the translations from English are satisfactory). Lounge has 3+2 seat settees, pouffe seat, separate dining room and 6-seat octagonal dining table (extendable), separate Kitchen and Utility room. Main Bedroom 1 of 3 has king size double bed, sideboard and mirror, space for travel cot, built in wardrobes, and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, WC, wash basin vanity unit, and hair dryer. Bedroom 2 of 3 has king size double bed and built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and built-in wardrobes. All bedrooms have side tables, reading lamps, and portable plug in cooling fans. Second bathroom / shower room serves bedrooms 2 and 3. The separate kitchen and the adjacent separate Utility Room have all the necessary utensils, cutlery, dinner service, glasses, micro-wave, ceramic induction hob, mid height oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge/freezer, dish washer, and washing machine. Lounge has large LED Smart TV with streamed TV and attached USB drive containing hundreds of films, plus a few separate satellite channels, CD player music system, Blu Ray player and Mesh 50 Mbit WiFi6 with Internet. All luxury cotton bath and hand towels are provided and all the necessary bed linen. The property is fully cleaned, with bed linen and towels changed at the end of every week for guests staying 10 days or more.
Taxi fare from town centre (if needed) is presently only 4 to 5 euros. Mobile phone signal strength is excellent in Playa Blanca for keeping in touch with family at home and facebook etc.
The Villa is surrounded by approx 2M high walling and fencing, to provide a secluded, wind sheltered and private atmosphere, within a quiet residential area and with ample on street free parking. The shrubs planted along the dividing fence are also now growing quite nicely to provide extra privacy. The external 6.5M X 3.5M private pool is heated by two methods. Firstly by Solar Blanket Cover to an average temperatures of Jan=20, Feb=22, Mar=25, Apr=28, May=30, Jun=30, Jul=32, Aug=34, Sept=32, Oct=30, Nov=26, and Dec=22. Additional secondary Pool Heating has been installed May 2022, to boost the temperatures throughout the season and especially the winter period temperatures. The Thermecro evacuated tube system works from normal daylight temperatures, and does not necessarily need full sun. The additional system should provide 30 to 32 degrees in summer, 28-30 degrees spring and autumn, and lift up the winter temperatures to about 22-25 degrees. There are no extra costs for this heating and all is included within the rental price. The Pool is private for the 3 Bedroom Villa. The pool is surrounded by a tiled terrace with a brick built charcoal BBQ, external oval table and six chairs for outside dining and 6 loungers complete with beach towels for additional comfort. Villa rent is for 6 persons plus a child in travel cot if required, 5 nights minimum and long term rental up to 3 months available. See discount rates for 7 nights and longer. Rates are based per night for the whole Villa NOT per person. High chair and travel cot complete with mattress is included, but you will need to bring linen for your child's cot.
For your safety and security, the Villa has decorative flowered security grills to the rear opening windows which also have security shutters. There is also two external CCTV security cameras, one at the front of the building and one at the rear. The cameras are not fully monitored and the recordings are on a loop system that overwrite after 4 to 6 days. It is therefore important that guests advise maintenance as soon as possible should any unusual activity occur so that recordings can be saved before overwritten. For anyone who wishes to sunbathe, with shall we say less clothing than normal, then please feel free to cover any of the cameras with a baseball cap or any other suitable material. All Cameras are easily accessible. We do not supply fabric cushion pads on the loungers as they are not hygienic, and they are very difficult to clean at the required temperature of at least 60 degrees which is needed to stop the transmission of bacteria and diseases. Also plastic covered cushion pads, which are easier to clean, cannot withstand the high temperatures of the Canary Islands. Guests love to sunbathe, and need to cover themselves with sun tan lotions, and also sweat, which is a natural body function when lying in the hot sun. This then always stains the cushions. We provide fresh clean hygienic and washed beach towels for a little more comfort when using the loungers. If more comfort is required, nice new and fresh lounger cushions can be purchased by guests at the nearby China Bazaar for about 16 euros each. On vacating the property they are to be disposed of in the nearby bins. Our primary concern is to provide a safe and clean environment for our guests.
