I've booked a 3-bed room on first floor ( because my mom can't take stairs, due to knee problems and no elevator in the hotel) in May of 2017 for a visit in August 29. And I have emailed the hotel to make sure we got the first floor. Never got any response from the hotel management.
When we got to the hotel, I was told that there no 3-bed room available , only on second floor. So, they accommodated us with A MATTRESS ON THE FLOOR for the 3rd person. So, there we were 3 of us in small room with king size bed and mattress on the floor plus our luggages, plus my mom being sick, throwing up constantly,(she got sick on the plain), can you imagine that. It was very uncomfortable to relax in that room.
I would go to the front desk daily to ask them for another room, at least for one of us.
Even though the hotel was not booked solid, they would not offer us any. Four days later, they offered a room with daily charge of $30. Tell me why did we have to pay more , if we were charged ahead of time?
I was very dissatisfied and disappointed my whole stay in this hotel, I wish I could get my money back, $460. In my opinion it was a lot of money for this discomfort .
