Surfside 9 - Exclusive Escapes

If being close to the beach is what you are after, then Surfside 9 is for you! The closest of all Exclusive Escapes properties to the World-Famous Yallingup Beach, it doesnt get any better than Unit 9. Wax up your board, slip into your wetsuit, and walk out the front yard onto the Yallingup Beach steps.

If you are not a surfer, thats ok, the lagoon is also perfect for swimming, walking, beaching and relaxing. Surfside 9 is for the seasoned surfer or the seasoned holiday maker.

If you have children, then they will also be in their element. Out the front of the unit is a fantastic playground which will amuse the kids for many hours.

Within the Surfside complex is a local cafe/restaurant serving coffee, cakes and meals. Walk from Surfside 9 through the manicured-botanical gardens to the renowned Caves House. Caves House serves lunch and dinner, and is the perfect place for a cold beer or glass of wine at the end of a hard-days holidaying!

In terms of the Margret River Wine Region, Surfside 9 is right amongst it. It is perfectly located to explore the regions many wineries, breweries and galleries from Dunsborough to Margret River.

Surfside Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 2 families sleeps up to 8 guests. There is a master bedroom with ensuite, that also opens up to the balcony with ocean and beach scenes. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom; one room has a queen bed and the other 2 bunk beds.

The spacious two-storey design creates two separate living areas; the upstairs one provides a perfect getaway for the kids. The whole downstairs area is comfortably decorated and adorned with modern furnishings throughout the kitchen, living and dining areas. The whole townhouse is fitted with ducted air conditioning throughout keeping you comfortable all year round. The fully enclosed grassed courtyard is also great for lounging or alfresco dining.

Recently named Australia's Best Town, Yallingup is one the original surfing towns. Yallingup Beach may be a longboard mecca, but you'll also find shortboarders and the odd bodyboarder sharing the waves with the local dolphins who surf the waves there too. Sunset and swimming are unforgettable, try the lagoon or ask about the infamous natural spa, aquarium or mermaids pool!

If hiking is your scene, the Cape to Cape track runs in either direction north to south, or walk inland along the Wardanup Trail and end up at the beautiful Ngilgi Cave.

With many Yallingup wineries and the famous Caves House on your doorstep, you don't have to venture far to satisfy your taste buds.

A terrific location, right at Yallingup beach. Lagoon cafe is right next door to grab an early morning coffee. We loved our stay, but be prepared for early morning wake up (5am) from people in the carpark!

Perfect location
This property is perfectly located close to the beach and has a lovely big play area for the kids within walking distance of the house. It has a cafe 200m away for a early morning coffee and beautiful walking trails in the surrounding areas. The property was neat and clean and everything in working order. I might mention though that the cutlery was not all there as a lot of it must have broken over time. There was only one cup and saucer for example and no small bowls. It was also sorry to see that towels and linen wasn't included and had to be paid for separately - one would expect it to be included considering the charge of the property. A very enjoyable stay and a place we will visit again.
