Sea Breeze Cottage is a cozy yet stunning coastal pet-friendly beach cottage with a breezy retro vibe. Located directly across the road from Yamba Marina and walking distance to the heart of Yamba, this newly renovated cottage sparks joy from all who stay here. From the breeze block entry, to the pink front door and the outdoor entertaining area lit by festoon lights, Sea Breeze Cottage is full of delightful surprises.

The Space:
Sea Breeze Cottage is beautifully styled in modern white and bright beach tones. The stunning bathrooms are simply divine. The cottage has plush linen, smart TVs, Wifi, air conditioning, a full size kitchen, luxury bathroom products and all the amenities you'll need for a fun and fabulous holiday in one of Australia's favourite beach towns.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, ensuite, air conditioning and a smart TV; the second bedroom also enjoys a queen size bed and air conditioning and the third bedroom has a single bunk with trundle. Bedroom two and three share a family bathroom off the hallway.

This joyous, light-filled property is delightfully cozy and her clever furnishings defy the space. The owners invite you to use their retro bikes to explore the area and the pristine banks of the mighty Clarence River located across the road.

There is space for one vehicle to park in the driveway next to the entertaining area. It can be a little tight if you have a big vehicle. There's also plenty of off street parking on the grass out the front of the property and free and unlimited parking on the road out the front.

We allow up to two, small well behaved indoor pets up to 6kg in size. They must never be left alone inside the house. There is a post out the front on the deck for them to be kept on a lead out the front and a small enclosure roughly 3m long and 1.5m wide for them to stay out the back when you're not home.

Guest Access:
Sea Breeze Cottage has a lock box at the front door for your convenience.
It's a flat walk from Sea Breeze Cottage to Whiting and Turner's Beaches and town.
You may ride our two retro bikes with your own helmets.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located on the main road through Yamba, directly across from the Yamba Marina. While this brings a low element of white vehicle noise to the front entertaining area, the property is fully air conditioned and cleverly designed with the bedrooms at the rear.The Yamba Marina is located directly across the road and so too is the bike path that follows the bank of the Clarence River to Whiting and Turners Beaches and to the town of Yamba itself.

Getting Around:
We welcome our guests to ride our bicycles or you may enjoy off-street parking for one vehicle and free and unlimited on-street parking out the front.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that we have a strict policy of no schoolies, parties, smoking, vaping or loud music. Please observe our local quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.
There is no backyard on this property. Instead there is a lovely big deck out the front. The footpath out the front of the house is wide enough to park your boat or extra vehicles.
We welcome small, well behaved inside pets under 6kg in size. Please note that there is no yard for them to play in on the property and there is no front fence limiting them from accessing the road out the front.

Lovely place in gorgeous Yamba
A great place which has been beautifully decorated. The kitchen was particularly good as was the bathrooms and cooling (bonus having both air con and fans). However I probably wouldn’t recommend for pets or families with young children. Without a gated area it did make it a bit limiting as felt more like an apartment. Also for a family of 5 having a tiny light weight clothes rack (it couldn’t handle beach towels even) and no clothes basket was disappointing. Overall a really nice little place and enjoyed our stay but a bit overpriced based on some of the amenities.

Sea Breeze Cottage - Yamba
Our family (including two small doggies) recently stayed at the sea breeze cottage in Yamba. The cottage was absolutely beautiful and felt so homely and welcoming. It had everything that a small family could want. It’s close to shops, beaches and dolphins right across the road at the marina. The property managers were so great to deal with and we will absolutely be back!
