There were groups of tourist in the lobby when we got to the hotel but the check-in was really easy. The room was quite spacious and in good condition. Had a big window which provided enough lighting. The bus stop is just across from the hotel, but there's only one bus per hour, so good to know the time before you stand outside and wait. There's plenty of food near at the mall nearby, a good 15min walk but all worth it.
One of the downside was the check-out time was 10am, which is one of the earliest hotels I've been to... when we asked the receptionist whether our check-out could be delayed, they took out a calculator and it was something like 1450yen per hour to check out later. I think they could move the time to a bit later for people's convenience. They also give access to a "hot spring", but the scary part is the ladies door is password locked but the lock doesn't work, so anyone can just push in and there's not privacy. In Japan, everyone takes off all their clothes for the hot spring, so I really wouldn't go into there if the doors don't lock properly...
