"I have stayed in this hotel several times for business previously so when I needed a hotel to stay at near the airport this was my choice. it felt comfortable to be back."

"The staff is rather accommodating. We arrived at 6:30 am at the hotel and was able to check in all our suitcases. The buffet breakfast was included with our stay and the selection is great. The staff helped arrange taxi hire for the day and we had a great time touring Taipei without worrying where to go with two young children. Again top notch hospitality and highly recommend to everyone with short stop in Taiwan. "

"Clean, nice location. My only complain is the check in agent overcharged me by NT $1000. He apparently did calculate by using a calculator in deducting the deposit paid incorrectly for the first day of my reservation that I booked directly from their website. I did not notice after I reviewed my confirmation email and have disputed the overcharge through the credit card company. Good thing that I did not use my debit card."

"Stunningly beautiful hotel for a great price and location! Rooms were spacious and clean. Room service, cleaning and maintenance were very fast in dealing with all issues. Only downside is that the pool is too cold even when the temperature outside was above 25 Celsius. No one hardly used it which is unfortunate as it has such a great view! Would definitely come back. "

"The facilities are very rundown and the room is horribly old and even the bathroom door is missing and not replace. There is total no place to put the towel and noting to hang the towel or clothing when you taking show. Worst still is that there is no hot water for the shower during the cold winter for all the rooms I had booked for myself and my guests. Horrible!!!!"
