The Building in general is ok, however the beds are TERRIBLE, the pillows as well. Amenities are cheap. The restaurant food leaves much to be desired. But the worst thing of all is that the hotel is sorrounded by sugar cane crops and they begun to do the harvest the day the hotel was at full capacity. Then we were sorrounded by smoke and pieces of burned cane, there were times that was impossible to breathe due to the quantity of smog, terrible experience. The staff were friendly and polite in general, however there was a lack of experience and organization at the front desk.

This hotel made my stay at cocoyoc to be exactly what I wanted to be peaceful, relaxing, and comfy. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel garden is beautiful and the pool was clean and fun to enjoy with my family. I highly recommend this place. Makes you feel at home away from home.

Es un hotel muy cómodo, todas las habitaciones tienen vista a las albercas y tienen acceso a ellas desde la habitación, lo que hace más cómoda la estancia. Así mismo las camas son grandes lo que remite dormir con mayor comodidad
