The location was beautiful, the only thing I needed to get used to was lack of phone service and wifi

OK for short stays inside tge park
Room was clean and comfortable but lacked many features common outside the park. No AC, no TV, no microwave, no bath tub - only a very small shower. It had a frig and a small table & 2 chairs. Not set up for long stays - we stayed 2 nights. The restaurant had a limited menu but food was great and so was the service.

In the reception there is a sign: WIFI only available in the Lobby. But in the last day of our trip I founded out that it's a lie, in fact there was wifi in the rooms. I know the location is to disconnect, but wifi eventually is very important for the trip and tours planning. This misinformation ruined our planning.

Clean! Staff are very helpful and friendly. I was not able to turn on the shower water and called the front desk. They send the service staff immediately to check for the problem. Restaurant is decent and provides well cooked food. Don’t forget to check out the most beautiful sun set and sunrise by the lake.

It was nice to be inside the park and short distance from Old Faithful. The 30-minute drive to the thermal activity in Yellowstone was a good wakeup call in the morning. It is a bit older construction. Not sure if there needs to be AC in the rooms. There is heat, if necessary. It got kind of cold overnight. So, it was nice to throw some heat into the room in the morning.

Great place to stay close to Old Faithful
Good place to stay to visit old faithful and the lower geyser basins. The restaurant there was excellent Food was good and view of lake Yellowstone even better. Picked up a screw in our tire and the guy at the service station fixed it in less then 45 min. Wish I remember his name he was really nice and helped us get back on the road again.

We requested to be moved to a different room due to foul smell. Our 2nd Room was much better but we heard a mouse moving around the room the next night. Called reception and was told they couldn’t give us a mouse trap until following day. We finally found the mouse in a recycling box and moved it out in the lobby like instructed.

For the price, I was disappointed in this property. There was no internet in the guest rooms, there was a hair on the shower wall, and it was noisy from guests upstairs and in adjacent room.

This place was very quiet you could hear the elk bugling. The 3 things I was disappointed with was no wifi, no ac, the shower was the smallest thing i have seen. My RV has a bigger shower. But we were in Yellowstone National Park.

Rooms are so small,4 people could hardly move! Restaurant overpriced-don’t order the curry chicken it has only 2 pcs of bite sized chicken…more like veg curry!
