The appartement is near the Baghramyan metro, Saryan street , Tumanyan street. Although it is in the city Centre, it is very noiseless as a country house with view of Ararat mountain. There are 2 bedrooms with safes, ACs, WiFi , yard for barbecue .
AS a host, am very positive customer oriented owner that loves also to organize tours for tourists and provide advise about business, health and education.
