Номер на картинках не оправдал ожиданий совсем
Первый раз сталкиваюсь, что при заселении выдают не тот номер, который бронировал изначально, пришлось идти повторно на ресепшн и показывать, что у тебя забронировано, хорошо что меняют сразу. Все три номера, которые показали были прокурены, хотя на сайте указано, что для некурящих, для меня это принципиально. Для отеля 4* отвратительное постельное белье с дырками на наволочках и странными пятнами, которые наводят на не лучшие мысли. Такая же история с полотенцем, приходилось думать каким концом лучше вытереться. Также в номере, который с джакузи, а это на минуточку не стандартный номер, нет чайника и чашек, пришлось идти опять на ресепшн с просьбой выдать. Есть маленький холодильник, но он пустой. На завтраке также курить не запрещено, в общем копец для некурящих. С отоплением тоже беда, пришлось включать кондиционер на обогрев, конечно же он совсем не бесшумный, а если выключить то слышно шум с дороги, правда после 3:00 вроде становится потише. Отель явно хотели сделать «дорого-богато», но всё уже отваливается, а он открыт в 2019. Хорошо, что были только одну ночь, большее я бы не перенесла. За данную стоимость можно было забронировать сетевой отель, в котором точно есть номера для некурящих, поэтому я больше в данный отель никогда не вернусь.

А вот и прекрасное постельное бельё

Долго выбирали, где остановиться, выбрали отель Viaggio и не пожалели. Отель новый, современный, номера красивые. Находится не в центре, рядом с ним ничего интересного нет, но до центра легко добраться на такси, ехать мин 10, цены низкие (100-150 руб.), сотрудники помогали и сами заказывали такси для нас, получалось даже дешевле, чем в приложении яндекс такси. Завтраки нормальные, кофе очень вкусный, ребенку каждое утро варили кашу. В общем, голодным не уйдёте, но хотелось бы большего разнообразия. Шеф повару спасибо за вкусный куриный супчик для ребенка. Особо хочется отметить сотрудников отеля. Спасибо им за отзывчивость, доброжелательность и тёплый прием. Все возникающие вопросы решались сразу, без промедлений. Уборка/ замена полотенец каждый день. Отдельное спасибо за бесплатный трансфер из/в аэропорт. В общем, нам все понравилось!
