Probably off the beaten path for most but great
very basic " business hotel" No frills or real extras but the price reflects it. If you are new to japan and SOMEHOW end up in this town it might not be the best for you but its close to the train station although a bit out of the way. I would probably not stay there again but it was the CHEAPEST and so would recommend it for a budget friendly basic place with breakfast.
Very clean, very nice service. The only issue I have is the laundry room. There is only one very small washer and dryer, and the dryer is not very good. I had to run the dryer 3-4 times for my one load and the last load I took out most of the clothes to hang dry in the room. But everything else was great.
Capsule room is the major reason I booked this hotel. I cannot stand the real capsule, but this unit is amazing. My daughter loves it and she ranks it No 1 of 10 hotels during our trip. And there is a futon for the third person. Very reasonable price with everything satisfactory 10 out of 10
I wanted to experience the capsule hotel concept but I was traveling with my young daughter so two women traveling I thought best idea inside the hotel

Liked: Staff & service
We stayed in a "capsule" room, which was essentially a room with bunk beds, with very hard mattresses. We booked it because it was listed as the least expensive option, but somehow or other, it was inflated up to more than any other hotel we stayed in, over 5 cities. This hotel is expensive for what you get.
The capsule bunked beds were nice and neat, but mattress too firm for us American who are used to soft mattress. The room is small, but neat. Walkable to train station, convenient stores, and shops.
The staff went above and beyond to help as I know very little Japanese. Very sweet. Loved location by the river & not fair from train station/stores/ restaurants. Room clean, quiet & last minute find because hated our first place in Enoshima. It was awful, old, and cold despite not being cheap. I paid just as much for 2 single beds last minute than I did for 1 night @ awful place. I was so happy to be here!!!
Close from Fujisawa station but streets to get there are narrow and busy. But overall convenient location and clean and comfortable room for reasonable price.
Pros: easy to find (9 min from the Fujisawa stations); very clean (room and bathroom); quiet residential area; friendly & professional staff; delicious breakfast
Cons: small room space & bathroom (well...this is Japan!)
I'd stay there again! Highly recommended (9.5/10)
We had the luxury twin room and it was extremely comfortable. The beds were the best and the bathroom shower set up was perfect! Spacious rooms. Wonderful refreshing breakfast which was a nice break from all the rich Japanese foods we have been trying.
