Came from Los Angeles for the Mooneyes Yokohama show. This hotel was our first impression of Japan and it blew us away. Absolutely loved this hotel, beautiful views. I will recommend to any one of my friends/family that stay in Yokohama.

It’s our favorite place to stay with family. Our parents are elderly and their room has wheelchair access to bathroom. There are wonderful restaurants in the building and the train station is right outside the entrance. The staff is amazing - they are so helpful and kind.

Hotel was beautiful and view from the lobby was amazing! We could see Mt.Fuji on a clear day easily. Room was very clean and had everything you might need. Front desk staff was very helpful and were even able to book us a taxi to get us to the airport on the day of departure. We stayed in a room with a bay view which had an amazing view of the ferris wheel and small amuesement park

The staff were very friendly, pleasant and helpful, and made us especially welcome. Our room was impeccably clean, with a huge super king bed, which fitted into the large room easily. The views of Yokohama are stunning. We highly recommend this accommodation especially being so close to the train station.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Right above trains Walking to local bay area attractions,shopping,dining with groceries not even 1 minute away. Hotel itself impeccable 👌 staff,room,cleanliness,views,assistance all above our expectations. View of fireworks perfect. Luggage hold and guest lounge area a bonus. No hesitation in recommending a stay here. We had balcony 2x beds, full fridge, cooking area, microwave bay view overlooking both city and cosmo world. Even digital tablet inroom with many tourist options for visiting guests to explore very handy! Thanks for a great 2 night stay
