Excellent services, staffs are very helpful. The hotel is beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The food was delicious. We'll stay at this hotel again if we have a chance to come back to Yokohama.

The location is great. 2-3 minutes walk to Sakuragicho station. Lots of shopping area and dinning options are available. The hotel itself is great. Great breakfast buffet including western and Japanese food. The room was small but spacious. All the necessities were included. Check in and out so easy. The room view was to Yokohama cosmo world with the fabulous light show. In general all great. 5 stars! ✨

Good and convenient location
The hotel was in a good location not far from the Osaka Castle. Not in the city centre but very close to a metro station, which allows you to get to the city centre quite quickly. I'd highlight the location as the best feature of this hotel.

Very pleasant stay, relived past memories of living in Yokohama 22 years ago. Staff had good grasp of english. Would definitely stay here again if I can make it back.

When I checked in the staff were rather discourteous- they did not offer a greeting. Even though several staff were free at their desks they just pointed to the machine to check in. The clerk who helped me check in also did not make an attempt to speak to me in any language, but merely gestured. Is this Omotenashi”? Or does it not extend to non-Japanese?
