Arrived at Check- in time. The room assigned to us was not what we had booked. It was to be 2 Queen beds and instead we got 1 Queen and 1 roll out sofa. Went out for dinner and returned to a locked out room. Checking with the desk, the attendant said they had no record of us checking in, so, keys needed rebooted for a room entrance. Was told that the original person who checked us in needs more training. The breakfast was horrible. At 8:30 am, the eggs were gone, the gravy for biscuits was in short supple. The waffle batter was hard to get out of the machine. There were only a few muffins and bagels left and 1 honey bun. Only 2 milk containers were available for cereal. We did enjoy orange juice and went across the street for tea/ coffee and a doughnut. This location did not meet our expectations and we will not book this location ever again.

The place was great. It was clean and in a good area. The staff was helpful. The bed was comfortable. The only issue was the WIFI. I couldn't get on the network in my room at all

Nice hotel, the room i stayed in 322 was visually clean, i did find hair that wasn’t mine , an old earring back in the bathroom and the tub on the outside was alittle dirty , it wasn’t enough for me to complain but i wanted to leave an honest review and i will absolutely go back again.

Attentive Staff, good beds, chilled rooms.
This motor in is well run. The staff is on station and attentive to whatever issue arises. My issues were location of the ice machine and password for the wifi.
