What is going on here
Awful experience all the way around. Kids running through the halls at all hours. Adults out front being loud and drinking. No respect or consideration for other paying guests.

Just okay.
The front desk was rarely manned overnight, the carpet throughout the place is outdated, the stairways are dim, outside of the property is more dim than lit, the beds were stiff and everything else was minimal (at most). No phones in the rooms, wifi barely works, grounds unkempt and fixtures seem to be cheaply repaired or put together just enough to get by.

The overall stay was just okay, however has much room for improvement. Throughout the hotel you can smell smoke/weed. You can witness people working at the hotel smoking weed while working. The guy who fixes things makes you feel very uncomfortable , his mannerisms and the way he interacts poorly with you. Breakfast is overcooked and not kept up on even when there's not a lot of people eating. Internet issues, room thermostat issues, and the bed has seen better days. The only good experience at this hotel are the house staff and evening front desk.

Not exactly sure what kind of establishment is being run here. Breakfast has been late coming out, coffee late coming out during start times and during breakfast. More than once you can witness front desk during over nights sleeping behind the desk or on the couches in the lobby. There is one in particular who reeks of weed while on the clock and has a poor attitude. 2 two front desk staff who work 2nd shift were the high light of the stay. Very informative & helpful. Outside of that the hotel seemed very bleak.

Arrived at Check- in time. The room assigned to us was not what we had booked. It was to be 2 Queen beds and instead we got 1 Queen and 1 roll out sofa. Went out for dinner and returned to a locked out room. Checking with the desk, the attendant said they had no record of us checking in, so, keys needed rebooted for a room entrance. Was told that the original person who checked us in needs more training. The breakfast was horrible. At 8:30 am, the eggs were gone, the gravy for biscuits was in short supple. The waffle batter was hard to get out of the machine. There were only a few muffins and bagels left and 1 honey bun. Only 2 milk containers were available for cereal. We did enjoy orange juice and went across the street for tea/ coffee and a doughnut. This location did not meet our expectations and we will not book this location ever again.

I had no problems with my stay. 2nd shift gentlemen was very friendly and informative about establishments and entertainment in the area. When back in the area, I would stay again for sure.

Good Establishment
More than decent stay for the price. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast. hotel is surrounded by different stores, restaurants and scenery. The hotel isn't perfect by any means but what hotel is. I stay here once a week and I've never experienced anything to the point that I would leave a negative review. It's the friendly atmosphere and staff that keeps me coming back.

Gone down hill. Skip this hotel.
Real lack of maintenance. Gone downhill. Smoke detector missing from room; no coffee; no room cleaning the whole time we were there. Trash cans over flowing. Crap all over the outside of the building. Pool turned into a broken warehouse for stuff. Staff was nice. I’ve stayed there twice a year several times. No more.
