I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. Expedia were great in trying to ask the hotel if they would make an exception and issue a refund but they would not. HolidayInn were unsympathetic, uncaring and couldn’t be less interested. Very disappointing attitude. I would not book to stay with Holiday Inn again.

Reception area and restaraunt nice and modern. Breakfast was good. Dinner took 2.5 hours for 2 courses and needed multiple prompts to get food and many things not available. Staff were pleasant and apologetic but it wasn’t a great experience. Rooms were very basic. Lots of dirty glasses and linen outside our room whole stay. cobwebs all over the ceiling. Sofa bed was very uncomfortable.

We enjoyed our stay . The staff were friendly and the accommodation and breakfast was very good. A bonus there was no problem parking. Would definitely book again but would specify a walk in shower..

The staff were very friendly. Car parking was convenient and local area was lovely. It was further from the city centre than we expected. The weather was lovely so we walked but it took us 45mins so allow time for this.
