The cleaning man and his wife came into our room to clean BEFORE WE EVEN CHECKED OUT!!! We had taken a walk to get some breakfast and had put our things in our car, but they came right in and literally cleaned and scrubbed the floor and made it all ready for the next person!!! We had found an air Bud and a bottle of pills that someone had left behind the nightstand and we were going to tell the manager about it when we checked out but they already found them and he was shaking them at us as we came back to go to the restroom one more time before we checked out!! Very dirty!!!

They are trying
Intercity parking lot. 3 tiered motel. Room in poor condition. No iron in room but they gave me one when I asked. They were accommodating but the clientele and parking lot make for long, late, loud nights.

Avoid at all costs
Room was not what the pictures show, similar, but the photos are of a new room. Appears the hotel is renting to Section 8, lots of loitering, loud music until the wee hours and people arguing. At least 2 inoperable vehicles taking up space in their limited lot, while at the same time they provide paid parking for nearby businesses. That further supports the Section 8 suspicion as people are arriving on foot. I can tolerate a lot, but the last straw was when I returned for what I thought was my last night only to find the room cleared out. Went to the desk to find out what was going on only to be told my checkout was that morning. When I asked about adding the night and getting my property back, I was told they were fully booked, no rooms. 3 hours later the website still shows availability, at 50% more than my rate. Whats the point in the hotel having my phone number if they can't call if there's a question about checkout? Why did they lie about availability for another night? And why did my door card work if I had been thrown out? I wonder if a prior guest could have had access while I was there. My property was in a storeroom with plaster spilled on it. It looked like everything was there, had to find another hotel.

You get what you pay for. The room was clean, but I would assume that many of the clients were "regulars" living there. The clerk was helpful and had good suggestions for meals. but the environment just wasn't comfortable.

Close to the bus station! 24/7 desk! The room reeked of tobacco products or other contaminates. Pillows/cases smelled so bad that I had to stop using them.

Decent enough room, parking lot not ideal.
Decent enough stay for what it was. Room was fine. Nice price, right there in downtown near things to do. Slept pretty good despite some lowlife yelling outside my room, amazed that I slept through most of that. Also the parking scenario isn't the best - I think it becomes some sort of public lot during the day, so I had to check out early. Going out for breakfast would have meant that I would have returned to the room to find all the parking slots filled. Would I return? Maybe, but I'd try another place first if I didn't mind paying more.

So many things were wrong with my room and stay. That I didn’t stay. It’s not the concierge fault. So I just left instead of making a big deal of the 20 things that were wrong with my room. Not worth the price. Maybe half the price

Homeless Drug Users Hangout
Hotel was dirty, no maid service, no overnight employee on duty. Homeless and drug use 24 hours a day in parking lot. Our room was on first floor, so it was incredibly noisy. People partying in parking lot all night long. I politely asked them to quiet down and all night long we were harassed…pounding on our door, yelling insults at us. Was terrifying and there was no employees on premises to report this to. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
