Paradise in York, oceanview in York, ME

This is the perfect house for your getaway with family and/or friends. You will fall for its 180-degree oceanview. This vast property of 7 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms offers you everything you need to offer you the dream vacation that you've always wanted.
Outside, you can enjoy the view from one of the 3 terrasses. There is a grill and all the outdoor furniture. Going down some stairs, a nice in-ground heated pool awaits for you. You can always opt for the relaxing hot tub. Later, you can go down a few more stairs to sit around the fire pit, just beside the ocean. During the day, you can escape and walk on the rocks by the ocean. There is also a lawn around the house with a fenced area where your dogs can play safely.
Inside the house, you will have lots of space. There is one bedroom on the first floor that is made especially for handicapped people with its own private adapted bathroom.
There are two bedrooms in the basement, where a game area with pool table and air hockey are at your disposal.
On the second floor, you will find the other 4 bedrooms, three of them with king size beds.
There are 9 smart tvs in the house (4 of them with cable boxes).
There are two sets of washer/dryers, 2 dishwashers, a Keurig machine on every floor, etc.
You basically only need to bring your clothes and food and you will be in paradise!

*The heated pool is seasonal. We normally open it in May and close it in September.

**The hot tub is however functional all year round.
