My stay was short and I did not need housekeeping services, so I cannot rate that. Otherwise, it was great. All the amenities I like (microwave, fridge, coffee machine, etc.) Very clean room when I arrived -- it even smelled good! Loved the walk to and from Short Sands and the Goldenrod restaurant, as well as to Long Sands.

The rooms were wonderful, however not as clean as they could’ve been we found cookies that we did not have underneath the bed. The parking was horrible if you have a bigger vehicle to get in and out of there. The pool was awesome.

Cozy little spot right in the middle of York Beach area. Short walk to Long Sands Beach and short walk to shops and Short Sands beach. Perfect little getaway weekend.

Window unit air conditioners are old noisy and dirty. Ruined my stay. Could not sleep at night from the sound and could hear the unit upstairs air conditioner also. Will not stay here again! Lobby for coffee does not open until 8 am. This is ridiculously late!

Grew up in York for the summers. Never stayed here before but the room was awful. No outlets worked and neither did the main light switch. Tv didn’t work at all. Everything is very old and outdated. We personally wouldn’t stay here again. Too expensive for poor quality.

My husband had to clean the filter in the ac as it looked like it was never cleaned or used in awhile. The pool and hot tub didn’t seem like it got cleaned. The landscaping could use some upkeep. The bed was uncomfortable and bed post was not secure. Small tv in the room, the fridge was not cold enough, the shower pressure was not great. We made the best out of our stay there.
