Old venerable hotel in the heart of York City, this spot has hosted many entertainment luminaries. Roof top bar and ballroom are both lovely as is the lobby bar for a quick meal.

A beautiful historic hotel with high quality upgrades. The rooftop bar provided amazing views of the city, and the location was perfectly walkable to all the best restaurants and breweries.

Liked everything about this hotel except for the lobby breakfast (not included in room fee). The price far outweighed the quality of the items on the menu. One item ordered was the continental: the "mixed berry" bowl consisted of some berries on top with large chunks of melon hiding underneath and the mini-pastries were not at all fresh. The oatmeal was average, served with minimal berries. Overall, very disappointing. Would highly recommend looking for someplace outside of hotel for breakfast.
