Its was not good .. the ceiling was peeling .. bathroom rake was falling off the wall .. i asked for clean lining .. n i had 2 put the sheets on myself .. i usually stay it not have no problem.. but this time was not good at all n .. they did serve all week ( just on sat n sun) .. i will not stay there again .. i feel like i should get some money back cuz of my horrible stay ..

The room was cold the heater was blowing out cold air, the shower looked not to clean, i was a little anxious staying there. This was my first time staying as an out of towner. The reps did not really talk to much and was much help. Probably will not be staying there again

It was not in a good part of Youngstown. The hotel was ok. We checked the bed sheets when we got to the room and one bed had dirty/bloody bedsheets. Got a new set of bed sheets and asked for a new comforter and was told they didn’t have any extra so we went without any sort of blanket/cover. The pool was cold and the water was murky and didn’t look clean also smelled like bleach. The breakfast was very skimpy had to go out for breakfast just to get enough to eat

Disgusting Hotel
There was no one at the counter upon check-in. We had to call a number for someone to come help. Fifteen minutes later we were checked in to a building behind the check in building. The ceilings were stained and falling down. The room was disgusting!!! There were stains on the sheets, shower curtain and curtains. The lamp shade was cracked and broken. The floors were stained. The pool had water that looked like milk. There were no towels however, it didn’t matter after seeing the water. Throughout the night there was shouting coming from neighboring rooms. This was one of the worst hotels we’ve booked through hotels.com to date!!

The outlets in our room did not work right. They didn't hold the cord for my hairdryer or flat iron. There were no comforters for blankets. Continental breakfast was not good. The sausage gravy was cold and tasted awful. I have never had sausage gravy without a biscuit. The english muffins were frozen as well as the butter and jam.

My husband and I have been staying at this location for the past 3 weeks. I haven't had time to do any reviews until now. Every visit I've had to clean the shower/tub out from previous hair. This visit i had to clean the shower/tub. Our bed sheets had cigarette burns. The refrigerator didn't have a knob on it to adjust the temperature so all of pur beverages were frozen this morning. We stay there because the rates are good and the last minute availability has really helped us with my mother being ill.

The room was dirt my room keys where never working right we got stuck in a elevator that the emergency phone was not working and the emergency stop either I called the front desk from my cell phone and they took there sweet time to help me an 1 hour later they finally opened the door

Cons: Hotel is dated. Mostly empty. No breakfast despite breakfast being advertised. (Staff said they now serve breakfast only on weekends, but then no breakfast was served on Saturday. No staff available to make the breakfast was the explanation they gave me) Pro: they have plenty of hot water for showers
